Fantastic location right on O'Connell Street, beside the Airport Express bus stop. Staff friendly, breakfast acceptable (apart from the undrinkable coffee), room small (despite being on a corner) but clean. Main quibble was over the lack of storage space - one small closet with six hangers and a shelf and that was it. No drawers at all anywhere else, just small bedside shelves, one of which was almost entirely taken up by the phone.

My second stay at the Holiday inn Dublin Great location, bus to the airport across the street 10 euro i believe ( cheaper if booked online) Fabulous selection at the breakfast buffet But ...room doesn't have a fridge

I have not been in a Holiday Inn Express for years. But that is about to change. We had a remarkable stay at this hotel. Firstly, the airport shuttle (third party) drops you off steps away from the hotel. And what a wonderful spot. So convenient and walkable to everything. Staff were welcoming. Room was extremely clean and well organized. Air conditioning was superb and the room was very quiet considering we were right in the heart of Dublin. And one notices the little things like a huge bathroom towel and actual hair shampoo. The breakfast was awesome. So tasty with such a wide variety of foods and beverages to pick from. I will be back and recommend this place for all. 10/10

Nice new hotel, free wi-fi w/ rewards

I remember this hotel being built on a previous trip to Dublin. It's nice, clean and in a great location for city center and bus to Dublin Airport. Staff was a little rude about the check-in time. I was literally there like 10 minutes before it started, but they still let me check in "early" My room was on the noisy side of the street so couldn't have the window open. I think it's ridiculous that you have to join their rewards program to use the Wi-Fi. I don't want to join 10 different hotel chain reward programs when traveling for leisure.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, which was included, offered lots of options and was always fresh. Marcela was particularly helpful at breakfast. The hotel room, while small, was well-appointed and offered all conveniences. The hotel is on O’Connell, a main artery and within walking distance to most attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
