It's a busy, but good, mid-priced hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful. Room 606 has a noisy exhaust fan above it and we were moved from it upon request. Breakfast is very reasonable, but better the earlier you arrive for it.

Only stayed 1 night for an event. Bed was super comfortable. The room even offered a choice of soft or firm pillow which I thought was cool. The staff were lovely. Would defintely stay again :D

We had the sad news of my mother in law passing and when I contacted hotel to let them know that we wouldn’t be able to come and to see if I could rearrange the booking dates they were very unhelpful said they would look into it and call me back straight away but they didn’t and still haven’t that’s why I have given this rating very poor customer care

The neighborhood is a bit dodgy, but the hotel is very nicely appointed, there is a good Irish bar next door, and it is a fairly quick walk into the city center. For the price it was good value.

The room was spotless, staff were friendly. Great location, Murray’s bar next door had live music and traditional Irish dancing. The free breakfast had a great choices and was fresh, the coffee was good. Highly recommend!
