The doorman/security were ever nice. Loved the bar that was open til 2pm. And that you can take pints from the bar up to your room. Loved that part so much.

In the heart of downtown. Excellent hotel that is very clean, room very comfortable, breakfast excellent. loads of eating places and pubs around. Shopping is super close. This is the first time we stayed here in this hotel and it will not be the last time. The staff are super friendly and if you feel peckish, they have food you can order and a full bar as well. Wifi is great and it is very secure and quiet inside the rooms. A great experience.

Bien que nous avions le petit déjeuner d'inclus dans notre séjour, c'était pour le lendemain matin seulement, mais j'ai demandé si nous pouvions prendre un café et ils ont dit bien sûr, servez-vous! The hotel is very centrally located and a short walk to some of the sites. The room was clean, fresh and bright. Staff friendly and courteous. The breakfast on offer should satisfy every appetite from cooked to continental breakfast and everywhere in between.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist me, a wheelchair user. What I didn't like about the property was the small wheelchair lift between the lobby floor and the floor where the lifts are. I found it difficult to maneouvre arouind it. ASlso I didn't like the air conditioning going at full blast making the lobby freezing.

Excellent all round

We had 2 amazing nights at this hotel. Every staff we interacted with were very friendly and obliging to be of service. The breakfast was awesome with great selection from cereals/toast, hot cakes, to scrambled eggs, sausages and hash browns. Definitely would recommend thus place. Great location.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Just round the corner from the supermarket too. The hotel also offer a left luggage service meaning you can leave your bag with them even if your room is not ready for check in or leave it for the day when you check out making it easier to explore the city.

Perfect location off of O’Connell Street. So much dining, shopping, and sight seeing excursions available with easy access to public transportation and walking distances. Very accommodating with early check-in and everyone of the hotel staff was very kind, helpful and no request or question wasn’t handled quickly and efficiently. This made for a wonderful stay in Dublin and freed us up to go out and explore Ireland. We loved this hotel and location.
