Please advise UP FRONT in this app of any & all deposits or down payment amounts upon booking. Luckily, I was able to cover that unexpected loss of $100 during the duration of my time in Atlanta. The lobby & elevator could stand to smell better. And I found strands of HAIR on & near my pillows! Housekeeping was nice & the bathroom was clean. Other than that, this will be my last time staying there, unfortunately. Again, to Expedia & all others reading: PLEASE advise if there will be any deposit due upon check-in to this, or ANY property, even after using payment methods such as Afterpay; this information not displayed on the property page as plainly as the price of the overall stay may highly inconvenience future customers.

My experience was terrible. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom needed extra attention. There were stains on the walls and floors. There was also food in the air conditioner. I took pictures as proof. The front desk staff assigned my room to another guest and the guest walked in on me while I was preparing for a shower. The front desk staff did not notify me of this issue and I had to approach them. I asked the front desk staff why I was not immediately informed and there response was “It just happened.” The staff member was not apologetic and brushed it off as a “one time mistake.” I would have left immediately if I was able to get a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay here again.

There's nothing special about this hotel. It's clean. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was pitiful, not enough selection to warrant an actual meal. Seemed pretty safe, unfortunately no food available aside from "breakfast" so you'll have to doordash/ubereats if you want anything to eat. I was only there overnight so it met my needs esp as it was close to where I needed to be, but would I go back, probably not.
