Everything was great except we did not like that you had to pay for parking which came to around $35 per day. We also left a stainless steel cup in the fridge which was reported immediately via the phone and they did not find it.

Fantastic hotel. Clean. Right outside universal. We were able to check in several hours early. They gave us tooth brushes when our luggage was lost and they give u cookies at check in. 10/10 for the price!!!

Do not recommend. I just received my receipt of my stay and upon check in, I was told I had a credit to use and the front desk lady listed all the places I could use it. I went ahead and used my credit and charged everything to my room like she instructed to do so just to end up being charged everything to my card. Called to resolve the issue and the lady didn’t seem to care at all and basically accused me of making that up. She was very sure that nobody could possibly have told me that I had a credit. I am so upset with the false information. I would’ve never charged anything to do room if I knew it was all a lie.
