The pool,splash area and the hot tub were all really good. We spent hours there on some days. We hadnt breakfast inckuded in the booking but decided to avail of it on our first morning and pay for it. It ended up costing $130 including tip for 2 adults and 2 children. Extremely expensive. That was the last morning we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

The room and the staff were great the only issue it was that during the week at 7:00am it was a guy with a leaf blower at the parking lot it was no annoying cuz it was so early we complaint about bit didn’t do anything just until my husband talked to the manager

Lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming! She gave us a room facing the park and cookies upon check in. It was wonderful walking to Universal and not having to drive over. Would definitely stay again!
