The pool,splash area and the hot tub were all really good. We spent hours there on some days. We hadnt breakfast inckuded in the booking but decided to avail of it on our first morning and pay for it. It ended up costing $130 including tip for 2 adults and 2 children. Extremely expensive. That was the last morning we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

This Double Tree is definitely outdated for the price you pay. It’s nothing like the photos. They need an upgrade! Do not stay here expecting it to be a luxurious Double Tree. Elevators were broke down and other maintenance issues.

Ms. Linda the supervisor was extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service from Only Her.. wonderful lady. We got there early and was informed we can’t do nó check in till 4 o’clock so we wait in lobby but around 3 o’clock we started to notice other ppl that just walked in got to checked in sợ I came and asked again they said till 4 so I asked for a supervisor and Ms. Linda was helping us.. she got us turned around from ready to cancel the reservation there to booked a few more days there..

Location was perfect if you want to go to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. The room was clean and cozy. Front desk was courteous and friendly. Our stay overall was great with the exception of the elevators being down on our final day and having to take the service elevators other than that, definitely recommended.

The warm cookie , and kind greeting, clean rooms, shuttle to the Universal parks was perfect ! We also walked to the 2 universal parks and was not long at all. Very nice hotel and location.
