I was totally shocked at the $33 per day parking fee. Nowhere did I see anything about a daily parking fee when I booked.

The hotel was really nice. The room was nice room service was good. It was clean. The hot tub did not work. The pool is amazing cause it was 9 feet deep. I love that and it wasn’t super cold but the restaurant in the hotel gave me moldy cheese. They did try to accommodate me afterwards but they’re serving unsafe. Food parking is $40 for self park and about $50-$70 for valet parking. It’s very inconvenient. There’s no guest parking. but the staff was pretty nice. The place is nice. Also their pet friendly and that’s about it.

I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is friendly, the location is ideal for walking to Universal Studios, and I've never had any issues. I was slightly disappointed that they took out the Starbucks, but this is still a great property.

Loved the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved how close to universal this is. 25 min walk. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was nice and spacious. Loved the house keeping came every day too. In my opinion the shower could use some updating but that was really the negative for me.

Stayed here for a week to visit the parks, parking is a huge inconvenience as they make you pay an additional $40 dollars a day to park at their hotel, you are supposed to scan room cards to get out however at times that doesn’t work, so then you are forced to pay again with a credit card at the machine to get out. Lastly, they had maintenance work one night and we lost power from midnight through 5 or 6am on a summer night. No apology, no refund, no credit, nothing on behalf of Hilton for this HUGE inconvenience on me and my family.
