My stay was not only comfortable and immaculate, but every single one of the staff was friendly, helpful, and on point. From the Bell Hops Kip and Dan, the wonderful staff of the Sunshine Cafe, who delivered the best breakfast buffet I've had at a hotel in years, to the clerks who checked me in and the bartender of the American Grill. All of you deserve a raise! The room was also wonderful, with a great view, very clean and well stocked, it was the best stay I've had in years. I will certainly return the next time I am in the area!

I only stayed for 2 nights and I was expecting it to be cleaner for a hotel affiliated with Hilton. The reviews and star rating on Expedia is a 4, which is misleading and was the only reason why I chose this hotel. It's very dated, and cleaning practices are poor as I cleaned a very dirty faucet and shower head full of mold. The bathroom did appear unclean. I requested a housekeeper to come clean the bathroom which the lovely front desk host Dominique was nice enough to offer another room which unfortunately was the same as far as disgusting bathroom, stained rugs, sheets, and just not what I was expecting but you do get what you pay for I suppose. The cleanest thing in the hotel was the TV screen. It gave motel. But I did enjoy the complimentary warm cookies and bottled water that I used to brush my teeth and wash my face. I don't plan on staying at a double tree again unfortunately.

The doors were hard to open and close. There was no iron in the room. The service however was lovely a would recommend to others staying. Hotel is in close proximity to basically everything, food, shopping and activities .

The stay was over all pleasant but the staff at the lobby took forever to take care of the guests. Also, we have a child and needed to warm up milk constantly. The microwave is all the way in the game room making it a hassle to get there. There was renovation going on at the hotel therefore they gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite which was quite nice. Place was clean and spacious. Loved the fact that we were practically inside Universal Orlando Resort.
