The staff at the dining was friendly but the counter and anywhere else all seemed tired and unwelcoming. I expected a more happy experience considering this hotel is in association with Universal… but I understand now that the best part of the experience at this property was probably just the proximity to Universal.

My room was not ready until 7pm… and I ask for 2 rooms next to each other even I have to pay extra for the room , because it’s was a corner room. The second room was not available, one of the front ladies was very rude I know it was not her fault but she didn't make the effort to try to compensate for their mistake.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Universal. About a mile from the park - you can walk or take a shuttle - very convenient. Staff and amenities were great and I would definitely stay here again.
