The shower head looked pretty gross upon check in. Too much limescale built up, luckily I travel with disinfectant wipes (the wipes did nothing for the limescale removal). The property is in the perfect location if you plan on going to Universal Studios or Epic Universe.

I have stayed at different hotels in the past, and I will say this one was just ok. Check-in and check-out were fine, with no problem. The facilities were not bad, and there was nothing noteworthy. I did find the following odd, as I cannot recall having a room without a clock in it, not having the standard notepad and pen. I also found it odd that they have a QR code for hotel amenities, but once you access hotel information and try to communicate with a restaurant to order food, the links don't work, nor can you get a menu. They will gladly connect you to room service, but if you want to place an order to pick up food so as not to wait for your order, then no dice. Definitely not a deal breaker, but felt those small items were only missing.

We had one booked after our cruise and planned to go to Universal Studios for my husbands birthday! It was so nice to be able to buy the tickets at the hotel. The shuttle to the park was nice too. We were supposed to fly home the next day but a mix up with our flight meant we needed to stay another night. Thank goodness the hotel was able to book us another night in our same room. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located next to Universal and close to good restaurant areas and the staff was gre and The hotel needs to improve some aspects like one of the elevators was out of service, the ice vending machine in our floor was out of service and the parking lot should be free if you ate staying in the hotel. $33 per day slef parking is not right. Valet is ok but self parking should be free.

I stayed here about 5 years ago and remember it being good, it is horrible. Check in was awful we were there at 10pm with 3 service staff and only 1 wanted to work the rest were “cleaning their desk” . Room service did not visit our room we left at 7 am came back 4pm no towels, no cleaning nothing horrible! The pool floor was dirty, hot tub was closed due to a private event which made no sense since they were not using the hot tub. The entire second floor smelled like poop something happened with the pipes because it was smelling our bathroom as well. Overall horrible stay and will not be back.

I liked the location being close to Universal and the bus pickup but the room we stayed in 357 needed repair, the door stuck and had to be kicked to get it open, the shower head leaked down the back wall a bit. The maid came to our room but did not speak English but we got the towels we needed. The beds were very comfortable

Housekeeping does not go to your room every day and they don’t give you fresh towels. I called the reception and they just did not do anything about it. Also the ice machines on level 8, 9& 10 do not work. And the vent from the restroom don’t work so when you take a shower all steam stays and it smells humid in the room. The only thing I like was that it was right across from Universal Studios. Other than that it sucks

Our room was not clean. The shower curtain had brown stuff all over it and the shower was really dirty. I had to clean the shower. Our room was also very hot. It took all night to get it to cool down. Thank goodness I brought a small fan.
