This property was well kept, the pools were amazing, jet skiing was a blast. My kids really enjoyed their stay here. Plenty of restaurants both on and around the resort. I old definitely come back.

The check-in process took way too long. 45 minutes waiting in line which I heard was shorter than average. The hotel building was pretty rundown. Dirty carpet through the halls chipped paint everywhere. The cabinetry and woodwork in the room was stained chipped, peeling, and outdated. Good thing our room had two beds because one of the beds sheets we’re not clean. The craziest thing was how big the hotel was, and there was only one elevator on one corner of the entire building. Not very feasible for elderly or people who have problems walking long distances.

I didn't like that the shuttle didnt have a time table. There should be a app or something. Then there was the broken elevator that the front desk fail to mention and then place me and my family on the top floor of the high rause building.

The arcade at the main pool/entertainment supposedly closes @10pm. Thats already too early. On top of that they begin turning the games off @ 9pm starting with a mini bowling area that has 2 mini lanes with mini bowling balls. Staff is NOT pleasant and certainly Not helpful. I had 2 cards from 6 months ago with lil' under $100 each. I was told they were too old to work. There was nothing they could do. When i purchased them ivwas specifically told they were good for 2 years.

Villa rooms are really nice and clean. They have everything you need to feel at home. The only thing I didn’t like is they try to sell you on taking a tour for the timeshare which is aggravating when you’re in vacation mode. Also, you have to pay a hidden resort fee.

Best place for kids! Mine didn’t want to leave. Lots of things to keep kids happy and entertained. A bit pricey for all the extras like $9 to rent the tubes for the lazy river but the price of booking was so low it was acceptable to pay for extras while there. Resort is huge! Our 2 bedroom was as big as a house! Very comfortable, even had own washer and dryer! Best place we’ve stayed ever!

The lazy river is really slow. If you are using the floatation device available, you are almost at a standstill. That really took most of the enjoyment out of the lazy river. All the stores on the resort close at 6-7pm, but the pool closes at 10pm. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an all inclusive experience if the stores where you are supposed to purchase items while at the pool is closed. They also roped me into a timeshare presentation. I didn’t realize what it was until they charged me $50 to ensure I showed up. The person they send you to after you check-in is responsible for the timeshare part and you MUST go to them to get your room key activated. He spoke so fast that I didn’t get a chance to even think. I said okay and the next second I was charged the holding fee and that was when I asked if it was a time share. He said yes but then right after he said if I don’t show up I won’t get my $50 back. The presentation was supposed to be 90min but it was more like 2 and a half hours. The sales rep Wasn’t pushy at all but after they sent us to their MARKETING SPECIALIST, and she WAS very pushy when I said I didn’t want their “CHEAP” vacation offer to come back. The room had really long hair all over the floors, showers, on the carpet, and the floor turned my black socks white which is very weird. I always clean when I check-in to a hotel/resort but this time I had to do some spring cleaning. I had to vacuum and go buy cleaning supplies to mop

The hotel-style room (different than the condo-style rooms) we were given was in a basement level that was very dingy, with a view of an alley. The carpet was dirty and there was a giant insect in a bathroom drawer! So different than the villa rooms we have been in, in the past. Not the same standards as the timeshare units at all. The amenities (pools and restaurants) are great though. For > $220 USD per night, I expected a better room.
