We came into this property with minimal expectations but I was disappointed regardless. The worst part about this stay was the dishonest amenities. Expedia lists daily housekeeping, once you are checked in they inform you that housekeeping is not standard and can be schedule with 24 hours notice. The tower is separate from the main hotel and is supposed to have its own cafe open daily. This cafe did not open all weekend. The pool bar was stated to open at 11am with signs at the bar to use lobby bar until they open, the lobby bar was also closed. When 11am came around, the both bars remained closed. We went to the lobby desk to inquire as to what time they would be open and that’s when we were told the lobby bar would not be opening until 5pm and the pool bar at 12pm. Overall you get what you pay for and as a budget hotel, this stay was worth it. But come in with low expectations and don’t expect things to be open at the times the hotel lists, if at all.

Took over an hour to get room keys. The TV didn't work (had to have a whole new tv). The microwave didn't hear up. Thw AC didn't work properly and waa humid in the room. On the morning.of check out, a maintenance worker was using my window and the rail as a something to prop a metal bar up while he sawes the netal piece. Righr outsidw my window.

Room was not very clean, dusty. I had called 24 hours in advance to “refresh” my room like they instructed and not a single person came to clean or deliver fresh towels. Definitely didn’t appreciate that part of my stay. Communication over the phone was not that great. Otherwise it wasn’t a horrible stay but could 100% use improvement.

The locks on the doors don’t work! You call the front desk, no one answered We woke up at 3:00AM fire alarm due to a distress guess and went into fear and panic mode not knowing what was happening with my daughter crying and a new born baby in distress. At 10:30AM the maid knocked on my door asking if we were checking out soon! I requested to have a night credited and front desk said they don’t do that! In my almost 30 years of coming to Orlando I have never felt as disappointed in a stay until now. I will never stay at any of your hotels and will inform my family members and my 10k followers to stay here!

Looking at this property online to book does not match what you walk into. The rooms are so outdated, rusted, floors are gross. Sheets and blankets stained and Ripped. Odor coming from maid closet and comes into the room. AC barely works in the room. Contacted front desk and nothing was done about odor or commendations. Fire alarm went off at 2am and no update from the hotel to let us know after sitting in parking lot for an hour with our child and cops and fire department came and was never updated on the situation happening. Will never come back to this location
