Run down property. Broken fixtures not repaired. Room was hot. AC did not keep up. Caulking cracked and dirty in the bathroom. Purchased an upgraded room but given standard. Front desk seemed uninterested in making it right.

Ok so I stayed twice during my week vacation. Both times 2 days. I’m building 1 it was great. Then I came back they put me in building 5 upstairs. The room was okay but the AC did not work. We got back to the room late so I had to call the front desk late to tell them. I pretty much figured I would have to changed rooms. But the lady Nikki told me I had to wait for someone to come look for it in 15 minutes. An hour later no one came. I called back ms with a nasty attitude I was told we’ll come to the front and change rooms or sleep in the heat. I was given a room in building 6 down stairs and it was HORRIBLE. Had curls around the wall the room was dusty. Had 2 doors that looks like they may have been to 2 separate connection roo A but both doors looked Erie. PLUS the AC did not work. I am not going to lie I think Nikki did it on purpose. Anyway, that following morning I went to fro t rest to explain my issue. Once again I was told to wait 25 minutes for maintenance. Ok course he never came. 1 hour later I call and back and they said oh we will call him to find out the issue of why. About 45 minutes later they called me to say the maintenance ( that NEVER) showed up) said it couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move rooms. I asked to be placed in a different building but O was told they could not. They sent me back to building 5. Finally the AC worked mind you I called after check out time since I figure they would be busy so I waited a decent time before I started all of this.

Upon arrival 2hrs prior to check in, the front desk told us there would be a $25 to check in 2hrs early. We opted to wait and use the pool while we waited. She gave us the pool key and we left for the pool. When we checked in the rep at the desk was unfriendly and short! Went to our room. No issues there until later when we left for dinner I grabbed the pool key by accident so when we returned we were unable to access the room to unlock so we had to go to the lobby. The Rep as rude told me I should have returned the pool key and that wouldn’t have happened. I was so taken back by how rude she was. She was borderline argumentative!! This was our first time at this location. The interactions with front desk reps most definitely put a damper on our overnight stay!

The pictures advertised on line were very misleading. This was nothing at all of what we were expecting. The clean roll of toilet paper was left on the floor, the paint was falling off the ceiling, the tub had mold and the toilet paper box was rusty. I took pictures and would be glad to share them.
