BEWARE....Property stolen out of our room. The hotel manager could care less. Hotel wouldn't call police. We had to contact police. Manager was very dismissive when we reported our belongings were taken from our locked room. No cameras in the halls and Habby claimed you cannot track who comes in and out of the rooms. Also, there's only one temperature in the room although there's a thermostat that you can use to adjust the temperature. The toilet runs all night long. Good luck trying to get wash clothes my housekeeping. The place is old looking and the water in the shower takes awhile to get hot.

The beach for this property is very crowded, chairs right on top of each other. Only got 2 chairs for our family of 4. Other than that, the stay was great.

Pros - very close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Confortable beds. Cons - congested. Beach is in a tight space so people are on top of each other (although staff was excellent). Same with pool area. Construction next store made the upper pool not useable.

It was convenient. Could walk right out to the beach from the Hotel and also walk right onto the boardwalk. Provided beach chairs and towels free. Lots of food options around. Rooms were nice and could tell recently remodeled. Other parts of the property needed fixing. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was awful. Never fully finished the room on any of the 7 days we were there. We always had to go to the front desk to ask for something that housekeeping didn't bring - EVERY DAY. Towels, washclothes, soap, garbage bags, coffee, etc.

The staff was wonderful considering they were understaffed. Property definitely not worth what we paid. The beach area was not properly maintained and the surrounding building which was abandoned or at least looked that way was a dreadful sight.

Gorgeous view. Very loud and not good food

This is somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. Staff friendly. Service really bad. Food bad. Very loud!! Beach jammed. But I upgraded to an ocean view and that was amazing!! Room comfortable.
