Beautiful grounds, immaculate rooms, divine sushi and meals! The pier is nonstop entertainment for kids, especially if they fish. There are activities for everyone in your family. Highly recommend this resort!

Hotel is nice & staff was friendly. I found a roach in my bathroom. I also ate at one of the restaurants. Granted I went there late, the food was so cold. My child spilled the soup, as soon as it came. I didn't ask for them to remove it from the bill, but they saw it spill, they cleaned it up. The nice thing to do would have been for them to remove it, they didn't. Was it overall nice, sure. Would I go back, not really.

Beds were not comfortable at all. The rooms were very small for the price we paid. There was very little space to store luggage. There weddings almost every day that we were there and it became quite noisy and had a dj as well one of the days which was right in the lagoon area where our rooms were located. We were there to celebrate our 40th and asked for complimentary upgrades if possible none was discussed at the point of check in.

Jess was great when checked in, made us feel right at home. The entire resort is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Although the rooms are spacious they’re starting to show their wear and tare, carpets needs a good cleaning or just install tile. Butch and Cole are great at the pool bar and as always every amenity you need to keep yourself busy throughout the day. Great stay overall
