The staff is fabulous, super attentive and nice and accommodating. It’s actually really a fabulous hotel. I feel like it’s the best kept secret in Miami Beach. It’s a little out of the way in a little bit of a quiet area, which is just so nice. If you like being in the middle of all the action, I wouldn’t stay there but if you want things a little quiet, I just think it’s so lovely there.

This hotel was fantastic despite some of the negative reviews. I made sure to request a renovated room which was modern and spacious.
