1. I had to call for room cleaning everyday as when we got back to the room around 4pm from the hot sun, I wanted a shower and no clean towels or room cleaning done. 2. Random room charges were being charged to my bank account which caused my uk bank to flag fraudulent activity. No one at the hotel could tell me what these charges were then on the final day at check out it turns out there was a “glitch” in the system which was charging my account. 3. The hotel shuts pool areas down in the middle of the day (12pm) for “private events”. This then left you with smaller areas around the pool despite paying to use the hotel and facilities yourself. The events would then go on until late in the night with live music blaring which was also a disturbance when trying to sleep. All in all, a very average hotel. Also everything is VERY overpriced for food and drink.

For a “5 Star hotel” this sure is rough. Hallways are all scratched up. When I arrived to the room there were stains on the carpet floor, hair in the shower. Requested to change rooms due to uncleanliness and it’s took hours. Once I was placed in another room after buying the one with an ocean front view I was stuck behind a palm tree with no view. Very disappointed at this stay.
