Beautiful property, however, the elevators in our building made our stay a little stressful. It seemed as though only one elevator worked (out of the four). We would call it to our floor and watch it pass us sometimes 3 different times without stopping. Two of the days we stayed, the fire alarm went off with an announcement that fire was detected and to immediately leave the building. Running down 28 flights of stairs and then sometimes having to take the stairs because the elevator issues contributed to a lot of frustration. We were late to meetings and reservations due to the elevators.

This property is truly one of the best, my stay was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to celebrate my birthday! I was even given a complimentary room upgrade, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. From the front desk staff to room service, housekeeping, and every team member we encountered, the service was exceptional. I can’t say enough about how consistently wonderful this hotel has been, it’s become a staple in my travels whenever we visit Miami. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, a family (just a heads-up: the pool area can get lively with kids doing cannonballs and lots of splashing), or just looking to unwind for the day with a resort pass, this hotel is a fantastic choice. The multiple pools and direct beach access truly make it feel like a getaway.

The first day we arrived at 6 a.m. and they didn't clean the room because we left late. However, the other days, even though we left early, we had to call for cleaning. The cleaning supervisor was very arrogant. All the other employees were very friendly.

Check in staff provides no information about the hotel. There was construction going on and was not told about it. Customers were charged an unexpected daily security despite that came to $2,000 before we could check in. Couch Pillows in suites were dingy and stained. The patio furniture in our tower was also worn, stained, and discolored. Rooms online were misleading (ocean view vs. ocean front). Also no signs or pricing on mini bar.
