No coffee machine in the room. The fridge cannot be used to store personal stuff which is very disappointing. These services are by default expected at such resorts and this was not communicated or mentioned anywhere while you book your room.

I can honestly never say enough good things about Fontainebleau. It is easily my go-to spot to stay when in Miami! The hotel property itself is gorgeous, and offers beautiful amenities. I love that there are numerous pools, restaurants, and bars. This visit, I was upgraded to an incredible suite (since it was off season) which was mind blowing, however last time I stayed in a “basic” room which was also beautiful, spacious and clean. They treat you like a celebrity at this property and you simply get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend! 10/10!

Our key card was deactivated way too many times to one of the rooms and they couldn’t find my rental which took almost a hour and half which I had a appointment to go to and was late to which they almost cancel it. Other wise it was great
