Provided ME with the key to another guests’ room. Then provided MY key to another guest. 2 instances within the hour. Apparently I had a double booking which I know that’s not correct. Now I have multiple charges for things I have no idea belong to what. Super disappointed and the team didn’t seem to care.

Really nice hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Big enough to accomodate a lot of people . Friendly staff. The cafe chez bon bon was my morning go to for breakfast. The smoothies at Fresh was great as well.
