Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly valet. Check in was quick, however the front desk staff appeared pretentious. They did not provide any direction as to how to locate the room or described any amenities. The valet doubled as a bellman and explained some of the details of the property.
The room was small, although colorfully decorated was outdated and not in the best condition. There was a huge gap in the door, the bathroom smelled musty and there was hair in the shower, walls and counters. The beds were stiff and linens basic.
We used the beach chairs and towels provided with the room. Although we paid the extra person fees to have 3 people in the room, we were asked to pay extra for an additional beach chair. The beach chairs and towels were also dated and poor quality. The waiter at the beach was very friendly and polite.
Overall, the location was the best thing about the property. I would definitely not stay again.
