Every thing about The Southernmost was fantastic, multiple pools and restaurants, the staff was helpful and courteous. This hotel is walking distance from everything on the island.

Enjoyed our free bottle of Champaign with visitors, the front porch WiFi was great for working. All the amenities were on par but the room had a musty smell until you got used to it. Probably due to humidity that us Arizonans are not used to.

Poor value. I felt like I was nickel and dimed at this property. Charged $60/day additional for resort fee. Then they supposedly gave a me a bottle of wine and 2 drink vouchers for free. The value of these items was much less than the BS resort fees I was charged. Also, I dont drink alcohol. There was a sheet of paper given at check-in saying you get 2 Free bottles of water in the room. Then they place those waters in a hidden cabinet refrigerator, meanwhile there is $4/bottle water on display by tv. The TV was useless, slow internet made it irritatingly slow to respond to channel selection. The pools and bar areas closed at 6p so they were useless. The water pressure was weak in shower. The toilet paper was mounted completely behind your back so you had to throw out your back for that.

We enjoyed the music and poolside bar in the afternoons. As well as the walkable area with multiple options for restaurants and bars with and shops. We met many friendly people at the resort and town . We will definitely return next year.

You will not be disappointed staying at the Southernmost! The staff at the front desk were an amazing introduction to our stay Davildo, Ricardo and I can’t recall the reservation lady that helped with check in (Originally from Jamaica) were amazingly hospitable! The resort had amazing amenities and some fun resort style activities. The location is amazing and walkable down Duval St. We travelled with a child so the only downside is that you have to get to the pool super early or seating will be limited although there is a tranquility pool that is adults only. Overall, an amazing time!

Loved the beach and cafe/bar area. Loved the access to 5-pools. The beach staff was excellent. The hotel walls are not well insulated from exterior noise and neighbors. Last 2-days I had to run down cleaning staff for towels and TP.

I have been at this property before. The roosters do make a lot of noise all night. I was a bit disappointed when I asked for my room to be made up and they only left a bag of towels outside my door. I texted and spoke to a housekeeping staff and they still didn’t come to our room until a third request. All in all, it’s a beautiful place and in a great location.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and we were provided waters everyday along with more coffee and towels. The only complaint, is we booked a ocean view room, and you could only see a very tiny view of the ocean from the balcony. Besides that, everything was awesome! Definitely will come back to stay there again.

Very small room for the money. No microwave. No tea. Not a lot of amenities. Phone did not work bathroom very small only one light over the bathroom mirror that did not work well. Cramped overall. Small windows up high in our room. Should have been a store room.

Resort overall was great. We didn’t need an uber to get anywhere except for the airport which was awesome! Resort overall was great and I would definitely come again. Side note: it’s the little things the impress me the most. Once we arrived to check in we were greeted with champagne which started our vacation mode.

The best part of our stay was Expedias celebrating our anniversary. For the price the “resort” aspect of property left us totally underwhelmed. From the room decore to most of the staff with the exception of the friendly lady who checked us in, were just so bland. The property is so spread out it’s hard to navigate. To say that the water in the room was a small bottle for $4 and one single plastic cup was simply unexpected.

The property was vast with 3 pools, one huge and warm and swam a lot there. There is also a beach on site which was amazing and a few restaurants. The location is quiet and away from the partying side of the island. 2/3 were noisy though, with constant loud music. The big room was clean with a balcony, fresh towels and maid service. It was extremely expensive though and I not really worth so much. Getting a lounge chair at the pool was hard too as people left the area and left towels on the seats. Noone was controlling that.
