The room listing was for a suite, it was a mid hotel room. Slight ocean view but zero sun hit the tiny balcony or even the dide of the building our room was on. Room phone didn't function without unplugging. No fan in the bathroom. Askedforalate checkout and they offered up $580+ for 2 pm checkout. Thebellstaff was great. Would not stay here ever again.

The trip was wonderful until the last day. Spent a considerable amount of money on the hotel… especially when the price was doubled for the day of the half marathon. $1000. There was no power for 7-8 hours on the last day, and although the outage impacted accompanying hotels, there was power across the street and in the community. $50 beverage credit and $50 amenities fee waiver is insufficient. I wanted to relax and enjoy my room, as I had a very early flight the best day. Using the dark restroom with no lights was hazardous. More compensation should have been offered and is needed.
