the property has direct access to the beach, which is fantastic. our stay was ruined by the CONSTANT sound of construction going on at the hotel. the loews website mentions the building renovation, but 3rd party vendors like expedia fail to mention it when providing booking information for the hotel. we would not have booked a stay there had we known about the extensive renovations happening daily 8am-5pm until the end of November.

I was told that there would be construction and that it would not be bothersome to my stay. This was absolutely not true. I could hear a jack hammer running for 8 hours a day every day. It was so loud that people on my conference/video calls could hear it. I opened a request to talk to someone about it and no one responded. I emailed their customer support, no response. Its been 2 weeks now with no one getting back to me. I have a video of the noise in my room I can share if anyone ever responds.

No good , we did not had water at night , the hotel is a great property but need a lot to fix , rooms are old and the front desk is super busy not enough staff
