The property is in excellent condition. It’s very well kept. The room is very clean, and cleaning staff do a great job. Hotel Staff is very friendly and courteous, always doing their best to please guests. The property is a really nice resort with a nice swimming pool and has several food places. Location is very central. Right on a swimmable beach, next to all beach activities and short walk to all the local attractions and many shopping and breakfast, lunch and dining options. On top of it, they converted one conference room into a playroom during the holidays and a little movie theater with popcorn and cookies. Would definitely come back again.

This has been my third time at this hotel. Great place. The breakfast buffet is simply the best around in terms of quality and major selection. Everything is so fresh and the staff are great. You get the feeling that the staff truly are happy there and that's important, they make you feel welcome and are very accommodating. If I had to nitpick, I would say I was just bummed that the cooler wasn't heated because it was a little too cold for my liking. being December, I was hoping to swim I was there in August and it felt so good in the pool. I just did not spend much time in it this time around. Also just my 2 cents but if the hotel wanted to make more money they would rent out the cabanas at a significantly less price. How would that make more money than you would ask? because in the three times that I've been, it's very rare to see somebody in one of those upgraded areas. they would make more money by selling access to the area significantly less, and then the people who are in that area would feel inclined to treat themselves and spend more on amenities because they have a personal weight staff to bring them drinks and food which they would be more likely to be purchasing. i'm sure there are some bugs to be worked out with it, but they could easily have more purchases after the upgrade and in the end, make both the consumer and the hotel happy.

Love love this hotel. Joshua checked us in and made us feel welcome. It was my daughter’s bday and he sent her a special gift. Joshua is so thoughtful and amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back soon. Very clean, safe and welcoming. Thank u
