Managers are terrible

The management at this hotel are just terrible. Specifically the front desk managers. They tried to accuse me of things without any proof and when I tried to explain things to their team they refused to acknowledge the points I was making. They were literally trying to hold us hostage and embarrass us in front of other patrons. I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area and would recommend people stay away from this hotel at all costs.

The stay was good, but they never told me they were going to charge me for parking. When i got to thr hotel i asked the man outside and also the lady in the counter and they never mentioned you had to pay for parking. Also, please include breakfast.

It was right at universal and I-4 Supper convenient, ac worked amazing, bed and pillows were comfortable, nice that it had a tub with shower and ice machine on the floor. It was nice to look out and see the coasters at universal

Great property to stay at when you visit Orlando. It’s only a 5 minute drive away Universal Studios and has multiple entries (room card access) to maintain your privacy while leaving and arriving back to the hotel. The property / rooms are very clean and the staff is great whoever the water pressure can use some work; it will get the job done but it can be better.
