Location is fantastic. Staff on Rock Royalty floor very friendly and helpful. General Customer service worse than terrible. No member of staff at front desk capable of taking responsibility. No one seemed to be in charge and they all wanted to pass blame for a mistakes to other members of staff and departments.

Sehr schönes Zimmer bzw cooles Hotel mit toller, erlesener Musik in der Lobby und sehr schönen, rundherum im Hotel verteilten Rock Accessoires wie Gitarren oder Bildern bekannter Musiker und Bands, Badezimmer im Hotelzimmer für ein Hotel in der derartigen Kategorie schon etwas heruntergekommen und allgemein veraltet, ansonsten aber wirklich alles schwer in Ordnung, am besten sind natürlich der inkludierte Express Pass bzw die Early Admission für die Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, Essen im im Hotel etablierten „The Kitchen“ sehr zum empfehlen
