We loved the clean rooms and daily house keeping, good location, big and nicely organized lobby, and very nice pool. The shuttle service was great. We didn't like the long walks to the pool and the elevator. Also the staff were not so welcoming..

Hotel needs more staff

Check in time took 1hr 37min. Hotel floors and halls should have been vacuumed daily. Shower water didn't get very hot. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool bar was understaffed, there was always a line and a 20-30 min wait. Overall, hotel seemed to be understaffed

We had a great time at the hotel. It’s so convenience to have transportation from and to the parks. The busses are constantly running so we never have to wait more than 5 minutes. The only thing is that it seems like the walls are very thin and you can hear all the noises from above and next rooms.
