It was less glamorous than pictured. They did not have cots and the temperature of the room was hard to control. The beds were horrible. The facility was clean and the food prices we okay. Not much to do on the property especially when the pool was closed.

The main positive is the location to universal and the shuttles running every 15 minutes. The hotel is mediocre at best, BUT the price is excellent for a universal resort hotel.

Great hotel for a visit to Universal

This is a perfect place to stay for a Universal getaway. The shuttle service makes this an easy and convenient hotel. The fact that the hotel also has an Avis makes it convenient if you need a rental car for a day.

Service is excellent, food on the property is good, food in walking distance was great, & pools are clean. Free shuttle service to Universals City Walk is also super convenient. They need to purchase some new mattresses as they are a little lopsided, and not the most comfortable.

Second year at Florida. First time we stayed at Cabana bay. Dockside is much larger and staff are friendly. Food options could be better. Prices were fair. We stayed in a suite. Family of 4 with 2 adults. Likely to come back as price was right.
