Nice and Easy

Went to universal with my 15 year old son and his two friends and this hotel had no hangups…. Everything went very smoothly from arrival to departure. The room was spacious and comfortable and to my surprise our beds were made daily! The best part for me is the ease of shuttle service from the hotel to parks. The shuttles run often and it’s a short trip which just makes the whole experience far more enjoyable. Hard to beat this hotel!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and close to the parks and other fun tourist attractions. My only complaint is it's really loud in the halls and when the room door next to you slams shut it rattles the wall. The room doors are loud when they close. Pool was nice. Parking is kinda expensive. Overall great stay.

Great Family Vacation

Hotel offers two room as suite, that sleep 6. Rooms were clean and lots of food offerings within the hotel. We had a blast in their two, big pools, and took advantage of the bussing to Universal and early access to the parks.

Amazing!!

We had an amazing stay. Loved the shuttle service to Universal Resorts and the staff was great! Definitely worth the money to stay there and get early admission to the parks. Lots to offer with a grab and go restaurant and Starbucks on the property!

Great convenient location to Universal Parks. Great staff! Our ac was knocking and the staff quickly fixed the problem. Only complaint is the smoking area is right outside the lobby and the smoke carries into the lobby.
