We had a lovely stay, the hotel is so convenient for universal studios and islands of adventure, hopped in and out via the shuttle bus, we never waited more than 10mins.
The restaurant was really reasonable for a resort hotel you can eat in or take out.
We had the 2 bedroom pool view room only problem was my husband and I had the small
Double room and air con is controlled in the larger room this meant the temperature in ours would get stupidly hot then the air con would kick in hourly and we would then freeze. It was one extreme to the other, I woke up with a sore throat most mornings.
Only 4 paper plates provided for 7 night stay, they didn’t replace them after used first day. Sure if we’d asked they would’ve.
You can easily walk to kfc/restaurants surrounding the hotel if you wish and a walgreens for groceries.
If you’re taking a car $15 plus tax a night to park.
Starbucks queue is always ridiculous don’t bother just get tea and coffee from the hotel restaurant next door.
Oh and I was disappointed no kettle in the room for tea lovers like me but there was a coffee machine so hubby was happy.
There’s an Avis desk if you wish to hire a car.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié les navettes vers universal studio, et le fait de pouvoir retourner à l'hotel a tout moment.
Par contre, l'hotel n'est pas assez insonorisé. On entend le passage des clients dans les couloirs ainsi que dans les chambres voisines.
