Really easy access to City walk and the parks. Theres a garden trail to walk or take a boat over. Really clean and friendly staff at the hotel too.

We stayed here before and liked that it had enough room for a family of 5 and was close to Universal parks. This time started out great as we were able to check in early at 1pm. However, one of the only 2 elevators in our building was broken when trying to go to 3rd floor, and both TVs in our were not working the entire trip. We texted and called regarding this multiple times and were told it was a cable issue. Maintenance also said he couldn’t fix. We also had no cleaning the 2nd day we were there, which we weren’t told at check in. They only clean rooms every other day. The final straw was the cockroach that ran across our floor the second night. We had to throw out all of the food containers on our counters.

This place is amazing i love the property itself has really good amenities walking distance to Volcano Bay which was right next door. The shuttle to and from City Walk gave us many different options of eatery. I will be back!

I did like our stay at Cabana Bay except our room is far away from everything…we have to crossed multiple building to get to our room. The Volcano view is partially blocked and really not full Volcano view. Our room smells and seems not very clean. If I known that the room will be far I could stay standard room and not to pay extra for partially blocked Volcano view and room that are not well maintained

The only thing that was not perfect was our check-in. The staff were very helpful though and addressed our concern right away. We checked in around 3:30, was told to wait for a text message for our room assignment. We waited about an hour with no text update. So I went back to the check in counter, and was assigned another room. Again, the staff were wonderful and apologised for the wait.
