Probably won’t stay again.

No water pressure in shower, and by no pressure it was literally dripping onto the faucet. Also the main reason we stayed was so that we could use the lazy river. To my shock you had to pay a deposit or for the float. Not sure cause I didn’t ask. It would have been an extra 60 dollars to use, add that onto the 26 dollars to park and the 160 dollar room is more like a 260 dollar room. Positive side: lots of room and quick access to the city walk.

Universal scam

this was our third stay at cabana bay, never before was it made more difficult to get a single day park pass. they tried to push multi-day passes and said single day passes were sold out. this all after we made our reservation and arrived in orlando. we ended up buying our park passes at the park which wasn't sold out. so there was no financial benefit to staying at a Universal property, lesson learned.

Our room was nice. The food was ok. Loved that they had a bus that takes you back and forth to universal . Would definitely stay here again
