Food in the bar restaurant was great, as well as the staff and service. A quick to minute was to busy stop and a 5 minute walk to shops and other restaurants. A great stay!

Had a handicap room so it was a little disappointing and the price we paid leading up to the football game was expected but the Monday through Saturday after was surprisingly high and if I checked out Monday and then checked back in I would have saved over 1K but when I asked the front desk there really weren’t interested in giving me a credit at all which I felt o was I titled to

There is an underground parking ; free bed for kids under 12, which can fit into a standard double room tough it becomes a bit crowded but we are fine with it. Convenient location to retail park outside Dublin City centre.

I would like to recognize Sathish at the front desk for his excellent service at check-in. We were coming to Dublin from the United States. Our flight arrived at 5:10 in the morning, we were very tired. Sathish worked it out to get in the room early after the room was cleaned. He kept us informed on the progress of our room. I was impressed and grateful for his service.

The hotel was close to the mall and walkable to bus stops and all necessary shops. The breakfast was the delicious and rooms were beautiful and maintained, just small and cramped for family of 4. The extra bonus was accessibility to filtered water unlimited. Will come back there in future. Because of hotel location, quality breakfast and cleanliness.
