Terrible check in with a receptionist who did nothing to help check me in earlier nor did she take accountability for keeping me informed. Booked an expensive room with a room that had the nosiest bed ive ever slept on. Each movement make a loud noise. This is definetly not a 4 star plus property and should be downgraded. The manager was nice and tried to help but it was at the end of the trip.

Wonderful property right beside Centraal Station. Convenient for the tourist walking around Amsterdam. The property was spotless and the pool and sauna were a definite bonus. The concierge was friendly and so helpful with all of our tourist questions and requests. Will come back for sure when traveling to Amsterdam.

Great hotel, prime location.

Great location, very close to the central station. Also able to take a canal cruise only a minute from the lobby. Plenty of food choices right around the corner. Everything was very walkable from the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. At night the hotel room was good and dark, plus very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
