The lobby offers a pleasant welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom extractor not working so has damaged tiles and walls in bathroom. Room decor very bare and dosnt really tie in with the nice loby downstairs.

The inside of the hotel itself is beautiful and in a convenient location to both the museums & town centre. We weren’t too happy when our canal view room was of the Hard Rock Cafe though which wasn’t the nicest.

Great hotel and location

Lovely hotel and friendly staff, great location, room was so clean and was made up every day by request. Trams and buses nearby. Close to museums and plces to eat, also local spar just over the road, would definatley come back to the hotel.

I asked weeks before flying to Amsterdam and staying in park centraal if I could have the room decorated for my partners arrival but when we checked in there was no decor so I’m guessing they had forgotten I had to call to ask for it to be done the following day

Excellent affordable hotel in central location

A very affordable but beautiful Hotel with the friendliest concierge staff! It is located right by the Van Gogh museum and less than a mile walk from most other attractions. The room itself was very clean and a good size for two people. Gorgeous lobby bar as well!

Close to everything, makes everything walkable. Room was a bit dusty, sink gets clogged easily even upon arrival, shower shampoo didn’t work, a lot of small annoyances, expected better. Parking is also annoying, I got stuck in the car elevator shaft for like 10 minutes upon arrival.

The room layout is absolutely horrible. The toilet is practically in the room and this is bad for privacy and smell reasons. The ventilation is poor in the room even when the AC is turned on. Do not recommend for a two person stay in a single standard room.
