The hotel is 5 minute walk to the train which gets you to the Amsterdam Centraal station in 6 minutes. The hotel and rooms are modern with comfortable beds, although they are not very spacious. We opted for the buffet breakfast which was excellent. The staff was very nice and courteous. We would stay there again.

Air conditioning in gym is non existent and gym way too small for this massive hotel. Room cleaning should be the default with need for an active opt-out, not the other way around. Won't be back.

There weren't any major shops or supermarkets in the immediate area, and the tv reception on the english speaking channels was poor. The hotel was handy for trains and transport.
