The service was first class . Originally we were booked into a room which over looked an unpleasant dumpster and being on a very over due romantic break a quick chat with the receptionist had a new room with a much better view and extra large bed .the whole experience was perfect , the room , the location, the service . Would 100%recommend .

The room was lovely and very clean. The only issue we had was lack of sleep due to the noise coming from the street that our room looked out on. I would go back to the hotel but would refuse a room looking out onto this street.

welcoming staff and clean hotel with refreshing ambience. the hotel was cold every time we went out and came back in, perhaps rooms should be timed to keep room temperature when people have checked into use the room.

Our stay was perfect, We where given a lovely room facing the canals. The staff at this NH branch where super helpful. We had a power cut on the second morning of the stay but the staff where on hand to help us out. Will be staying at this hotel again soon.
