welcoming staff and clean hotel with refreshing ambience. the hotel was cold every time we went out and came back in, perhaps rooms should be timed to keep room temperature when people have checked into use the room.

Our stay was perfect, We where given a lovely room facing the canals. The staff at this NH branch where super helpful. We had a power cut on the second morning of the stay but the staff where on hand to help us out. Will be staying at this hotel again soon.

Weekend in Amsterdam

Great hotel location. Room very noisy on first night. It was right beside the street but that was fine- the noise came from above. Staff were great and moved us the next day. New room was an upgrade but original one was probably nicer and bigger but still nice. Grand cafe was quite reasonable and the smoked seafood dishes were superb. Paid for breakfast at reduced rate when checking in. It was a nice experience but not worth €30 if you’re paying on the day. Mini bar extortionate but I’d expect and didn’t use it. Overall a great hotel and nice experience

Lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel with lovely stuff. Only complaint was double bed was not very comfortable but still a brilliant stay.

small room but well located

Pros: location is key to this hotel featuring on my radar
Cons: the steps leading into your hotel look horrendous - you need to clean them. Don't pretend to upgrade someone with a basic room
Location: red light district and space cakes if you're that way inclined
considering I upgraded my room I still found it small. My wife and I were on honeymoon and having stayed at the hotel before, I was disappointed to find my upgraded room was the same as the standard room I am used to. We also received 2 paltry macaroons as a welcome. Not a single flower in sight.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und grosszügig. Das Personal ist nicht sehr zuvorkommend, wir hatten ein Problem im Zimmer und es hat sich niemand darum gekümmert. Es ist ebenfalls sehr hellhörig.
