It lived up to its name in that it held true to the rustic feel you typically see in lodges. This while still being rather classy. Not to mention a bus or train stop away from the city centre. It certainly is somewhere i would gladly revisit.

Scenery is really nice, really polite staff but the bedroom feels quite empty and sink was blocked and theres no shops/bars near by

Cons: The beds weren't thoroughly cleaned.

Great stay! Location is a 5 min walk from Sloterdijk station and then another 5 min journey to Amsterdam Centraal. The hotel is nice and modern. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Nice hotel

Beautifully decorated. A spot of blood on the bed sheet and not cleaned around the sink which was a bit disappointing but other than that a very nice hotel, friendly staff with easy access to city centre and airport. Breakfast was very 'european'. Suited most people, not what the English are maybe used to. Nice pasteries, toast and hot drinks. I'd stay again :-)
