Dear Catalin and Mihaela, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to read that the cleanliness of the room didn't match your expectations. The rooms should have been vacuumed every day. We will have a meeting with our housekeeping department about this issue. It is unfortunate to read that you wouldn't want to come back to our hotel. If there is anything we can do to change your mind, please let us know and we will try to make your next stay more comfortable.
