Charging bay disaster

The hotel is very good however I parked my electric car in one of the hotels charging bays overnight and I was charged 410€ for the privilege. This is not the hotel who charged me but the charger. I think the hotel needs to prominently display a warning about this. It sours my perception of the hotel.

It was wonderful. All was nicely organised and the staff very friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t very impressed with the swimming pool arrangements although understandable the reason for timings.

The staff were so kind and helpful. My room was beautiful.Clean and bright. The bed was so comfortable and I had room service as I had had a long day travelling. The food was great. I’d advise anyone to go and I will be back.

Wonderful, the breakfast was amazing!!! Also dinner and snacks options were very good ! Staff was very friendly. The only down side is having to walk to Dart, it’s a little far and uphill walk back specially with small kids was hard. I would recommend the hotel though !

This was a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the grounds are gorgeous, and the staff could have not been more lovely. I highly recommend this hotel. It is close to Dublin but far enough way to feel away from the city. The charming little village of Dulkey is right up the road as is Killiney Hill- both highly recommended as well!

From the weekend pizza to the afternoon tea all of the food as well as banquet food. All of the food in the hotel was awesome. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and any question that we had I would definitely recommend and return to Fitzpatrick Caso Hotel.

We liked our large comfortable room. It was serviced every day. The grounds were gorgeous. Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast was great served in a lovely environment and John the breakfast concierge was wonderful. He gave us excellent service and kept things running smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What could have been better was the service in the tea lounge. It was erratic and not attentive. We had to wait 30 minutes after ordering a scone and had to ask for it. Wait staff was running all over and no follow through. Food was served lukewarm. My husband ordered a 39 euro steak in the restaurant and it was served without any vegetables, just fries. We didn't eat there after that. We loved the hotel and enjoyed the hot tub and steam area. That area could have been cleaner. The slippery tiles were dangerous. Non slip tiles would be safer. We will be back as on the whole we loved our stay with you.
