Check in took over an hour and a half. The two employees checking people in were great, did the best they could, but we had to cancel plans with friends, miss dinner, and almost be late to our show that night because of the long check in. Had to wait extra time to get a room because rooms still were not ready after 5pm. Worst hotel experience I've ever stayed at that wasn't a 2-star hotel. They gave us a $25 voucher for food in the lobby but $25 does not go very far with how expensive their bang-average food is. I'll never go back and recommend that you do not go either

Family Vacation Fave!

While it did take a while for us to actually get into a room, it was explained to us that they were down 4 housekeepers, and that they were trying to keep up. However, the amazing service and cleanliness make up for the wait. The room was comfortable and clean, the service was commendable, even during the stressful rush, and the bar was nice as well. Good food, and good drinks. This stay was enjoyable for bth the adults, and the children.

Very friendly staff. Arrived at 5:30 and my room wasn’t ready until after 6:00. When I laid down, I could feel and hear the base from the DJ upstairs. I was on the 8th floor. Requested late checkout, it wasn’t ever acknowledged.
