Anna was such a pleasure she made us feel welcome immediately and was very efficient. Room was clean and had good amenities. They have nice lounge where you can buy food, drinks or play board games. Very close to Fleet Street without the noise but some grubby areas on the way. Tesco express just down street and fantastic bakery at the corner which was very convenient. We would stay here again!

This Aparthotel was very comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was offered and sold at a slight discount if booked the day before. It was disappointing that for the last two mornings there was no fruit salad available, because the order had not arrived. We did receive a refund but still, it seems odd why the staff could not buy fruit and make fruit salad? Other than that, everything was superb. Very comfortable and big bed, great shower, friendly staff and perfectly located, in walking distance to city centre.

Terrible check in. When there are four sets of people in line to check in, many of whom have just arrived on trans atlantic flights, thus exhausted, is NOT when the ebullient check in clerk should be talking about her world travels with clients! Not helpful. Room very small. Clean but smaller than expected, and, black out curtains not working well. Finally, we were extremely disappointed, when we realized we left something in the room -- were on a train, only half hour after leaving, could not go back right then -- CALLED! Described what was left behind! Asked them to keep it for us, since we would be back in two days. COMPLETELY unhelpful staffer on the phone. We went back to hotel as we said we would, on phone, and staff were pretty rude. We were very sad. ****. Also, this hotel was very hard to find, as street it is on is not well sign-posted, and, the hotel itself has no signage out front. I wanted to love this place, but won't ber back. Buyer beware. There are other apart-hotels in Dublin.

It was OK. We booked an apartment which turned out to be a bedroom with a second room containing a small table with 3 chairs and a kitchen. Cupboard space was minimal and hairdryer/ iron were located in the cupboard making them impossible to use since the bed took most all of the space. For 2 nights it was OK. Price was reasonable for Dublin.

Good location and clean hotel

I liked the hotel and the location. It’s off the beaten paths but with easy walking access toTrinity College and most landmarks and sights in Dublin. Hotel is clean and rooms are efficient. I would stay here again.

The staff were lovely and decorated our room for our honeymoon which was amazing! Location in regards to distance from things was pretty good but the area around the hotel itself seemed a little dodgy. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had a health issue and needed to go to the hospital. The only negative was that our room faced the train tracks.

Great hotel and staff. Really liked the kitchenette. Never did receive an emailed receipt. Very close to where we wanted to be. Rooms were very small though. So don’t plan to spend much time in it.

This one is newer near Trinity college. Location overlooks train but didn't hear it. GREAT blackout shades.. staff super nice. breakfast pretty decent lots of food. Bus to Dublin airport 4 min walk. easy to get to O'sullivan bridge and all the sites.. easy walk. seemed safe. solid room. water pressure poor.. drain poor.. but room was perfect for me. had little kitchenette didn't use.. felt secure.. had bar and Guinness for late night drink. overall decent stay.. the HVAC was nice and cool.. recommend just know the location it is because there are several staycity aparthotels in Dublin... this was fine for 1 or 2 people
