The staff was great, very professional and helpful. We called downstairs a few times for various items and they had someone bring up to our room in a timely fashion. The hotel has a great location. It's about a five-minute walk to the Cobb Galleria and the Cumberland Mall. There are several great restaurants nearby. The room was a good size for our party of four, but the shower was extremely loud when you turned in on, and we had issues with the plumbing the last day we were there, so I notified the hotel staff upon departure. Also, the elevators in the parking garage broke while we were there, but they were working promptly to get it fixed. Their breakfast provided a variety of options. Overall, we would stay again with a good room rate.

Pro. Location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok Cons: price was too high. loasound from pipes every time water was used. Could not sleep at times . Musty odor from in room. had to buy scents and sprays. refrigerator did not cool no stove it stove top. On check out day, housekeeping kept coming a few times since 9 to see if we were out. Check out 12.

Talked to the manager Sunday morning about a loud construction noise that awakened me about 5 o’clock Saturday morning a.m.. He said it was across the street at the Galleria. I wanna believe him.. outstanding breakfast and a great hotel.

Room was good- employees not courteous, when I inquired why they downgraded my room that I paid for through Expedia- he said I was Expedia’s problem not his - sorry . I’m a member of their reward program and even that didn’t help getting less of a room than I paid for.
