Typically good this time awful

We stay at the Sheraton a lot and decided we wanted a sure thing to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. We didnt want any surprises. I think we got the worst room in the hotel. Exhaust fan was loud and no way to turn off! We shut both doors to toilet area and still heard it. The thermostat did work at all so room got so hot we couldnt sleep! Reported to front desk but they could care less! Will stay again but avoid room 1710. Can also hear rooftop noises from this room. Thanks for ruining our 40th Anniversary celebration...wont let me add photo or video

This was a great location near the Cobb Galleria and the Cumberland Mall. It provided an abundance of entertainment and dining all within walking distance.

Please consider a painted pedestrian crossing along the walk path to the Cobb Galleria or the mall. You need to cross the street to get to the sky bridge and cars simply cannot see the pedestrians or simply ignore them. A painted cross walk along with two signs on either side will go a long way to provide safety to the pedestians

The pool for the kids was -17 degree and they are all sick and this is horrible. I went to the front desk for someone to come and turn the heat on but no one was capable of doing that. So disregarded and caught off guard. It was bad enough that I had no idea that the pool was only 3 ft. I can be reached at 770-881-5411 and thanks

The room was spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable, nice carpet, shower was good. Staff was very friendly and made check in easy. Parking ramp was nice and had plenty of spaces.
