Nice rooms, bad bathrooms

Pros: The rooms are quite nice and all the staff I interacted with were excellent Cons: When they remodeled, they didn’t do the bathroom. Really bad move to penny pinch here, as toilet and shower were circa 1995 lol Breakfast eggs and sausages were trash. Why skimp here as well? Better not to serve this garbage. Scrambled eggs were bad but sausages were like plastic and no taste.

Was the best I've stayed in a while! Gorgeous view of the hilly terrain intersection with a great suite. Extremely clean and big bathroom. Fresh sheets and breakfast included that was absolutely delicious!! We were buying a car here in Marietta GA, the hotel has their own private parking garage connecting to the hotel that is well kept, needing a door key card to go in or out. Will be staying again if we go again. 26 mins away from the Jeju Korean spa too!

When we first arrived at our room, the remote control wasn’t working. Then, when my daughter took a shower, we realized there was no cold water—the water was scalding hot. When I used the bathroom, even the toilet water was burning, and the moisture from it was uncomfortable and disgusting. Because of the water issues, they had to move us to another room. However, in the new room, there were no towels or a blow dryer. The bathroom wall was missing hardware. The hotel had both an indoor and an outdoor pool, but only the indoor one was understandaly operational. We decided to go swimming, and my daughters went in first. After a short while, they told me her private area was hurting, which I thought was odd. Soon after I got in, I started feeling a stinging sensation in my own private areas, similar to salt on an open wound. We later realized that the outdoor pool, which was supposed to be separate from the indoor one by a plexiglass barrier, which allowed leaking untreated, dirty water into the indoor pool. When we looked through the plexiglass, we could see debris and murky water mixing in. This explained why our eyes were burning so badly—it was an awful experience.
