We have been regular visitors to DisneyParis and Florida - this visit was primarily to celebrate my eldest daughter's 21st birthday and graduation - i advised the hotel of this in advance and at check in. Reception lady said she'd try and get the room decorated for her, nothing happened. My daughter follows Disney in lots of social media and heard of special treatment and kind gestures that staff can offer to celebrating people - whilst she does not expect special treatment, it was clear that she was very disappointed - all she got was half dozen or so 'happy birthday' comments from people spotting her badge. Special Halloween Drone show was cancelled - to have a special Halloween experience was important to her as not been to Disney for Halloween although we have done Christmas twice. Many of toilets in main park were in a quite unacceptable condition regrettably - the ones by Peter Pan had only 1 sink working, no hot water, no hand dryers working and only 2 cubicles operational on afternoon pf 31/10.

Clean and lovely staff. It just desperately needs an update now. Very old looking. 15 min walk to parks. The buffet was okay. Staff again lovely, but so many kids are fussy and there werent any fries or burgers, hot dogs, pizza etc We love Sequoia though and will keep returning

Room was clean and beds comfy. Sink was very slow to drain, bath tub was nice. Coffee machine and kettle in room were good. View from room was into service area, air con quite noisy but worked. All in all good hotel but rooms need updating (e.g. no sockets or USB ports near bedside table).

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Yes, it’s dated (being refurbed next year), but the rooms are spacious and the location is fabulous for the price. We’d spent the previous 3 nights at the Cheyenne - our back was cancelled, so needed an extra night and decided to try the sequoia. We much preferred the bigger rooms here.

It is the second time we have been in sequoia hotel. We decided that it is our favorite hotel. It is an excellent one. It is located quit close to Disneyland parkes but it feels like you are in a middle of the forest.the desk team is very nice and did more than necessary to keep as satisfied. Because we were there longer than usual they offered as a fridge and left a present on our bed.there is a coffee machine in the room and a kettle too with coffee capsules and tea. They organized the bad so nice daily. So comfortable we felt we want to stay forever

I feel in love with this hotel. Calm, and nice, and clean and quiet close to the parkes. Every one in the team were so nice to us. Every thing was done Easley and fluently. When they heard we are staying for a longer time they offered us a fridge I didn't ask for it

The hotel is nice and only a 10 minute walk to the parks which was very convenient. The beds were comfy but the rooms especially the bathrooms are overdue a refurbish.
