Not very clean and full of silver fish, some of the staff are good and others leave you standing there as if you're an inconvenience. Our room smelled of stale cigarettes and ad i said before it was damp and full of silver fish. Good shuttle to disney and breakfast and pool are good

Hotellihuoneen kunto välttävä. Kokolattiamatto likaiset ja kulunneet, wc ja märkätilat huonossa kunnossa, kosteus ja homeongelmaa. Sängyt kovat. Sijainti loistava, lyhyt kävelymatka kauppakeskukseen ja outlettiin sekä bussi kulkee kerran tunnissa Disneylandiin jonne myös kävelee noin 15-20min.

Location this property is excellent with free shuttle to DisneyLand Paris and Val D Europe on door step. Staff very nice and helpful but the property is tired and dated with stains on carpet and walls in communal area. Rooms are very small and also need upgrade there is no air conditioning so room gets very hot in summer. Is fine for a night or two.

Prior to arriving the 'pay on arrival' hotel tried to take the money from my account 24 hrs earlier. On arrival they gave us a 1 bedroom apartment with bunk beds, even though i had booked one with a double bed. They then gave us another apartment but the door cards would not work, even the staff members card woukd not work. They gave us another room and the door card didnt work either. Another room, guess what....door card didnt work. Staff managed to access the room and then gave us totally new cards which then worked and they reprogrammed the door. There was a horrible stale smell of cooking and drains, however this could have been due to appartment being unoccupied for 4 months due to lockdown. We were told the free shuttle was running as usual, only to wait nearly an hour twice and it not turn up. We asked again the next day to be told its only running twice a day at 8.45 and 19.45. These times didnt suit so we had to get ubers every time. Positives were it was close to val de europe so lots of restaurants and shopping close by. It was clean in appartment, sheets clean etc and they provide a welcome pavk with dishwashers tablets, t towel and washing up liquid. A shame the shuttle wasnt running as this would have made things a lot better. Its cheap place to stay but my experience wasnt great so dont think ill stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay here was our fourth trip so no it well. It’s our fourth trip and our fourth different room. This time we had a room with a double bed. In the living area 2 sofa beds with another pull out bed underneath. We didn’t avail of breakfast or pool this time..,I think the pool may be closed in January. Room was lovely and warm which was great after a cold day in Disney. Tv channels are all in French but knowing this we brought our usb sticks filled with movies which is handy to let the kids watch when your getting organised.

This property is basic as they come, but for the price of it you can't fault it. The rooms are clean, the beds and sofas are comfortable, the curtains black out every bit of light. There was constantly heaps of hot water in the taps and shower. I like that the dish soap and dishwasher tablets provided are eco-friendly ones. The location of the hotel genuinely couldn't be better. It's just across the road from a massive shopping centre which has a supermarket in it, which we walked to in order to purchase food and drinks for our stay, and it's a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, through a really nice quiet area, without having to cross any big roads. Staff are pleasant, we didn't have much dealings with them aside from checking in. The only thing I don't like is that there is no hairdryer in the rooms, (you can hire one at reception for a small deposit, but that's effort!!) and also the dishwasher was pretty smelly - like it hadn't been run for a long time. We've stayed there before this trip, and we've also booked to come back to this hotel, so it definitely has our endorsement.

The rooms are very cramped for families. The mattresses are just sponge/ foam. The carpets are filthy and the paint is peeling off the walls. That said the kids loved the pool and the staff were very helpful with the few queries we had and location is good.

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and all I can say it is perfect for families who would visit Disneyland Paris. The location is also perfect near to the shopping center, train station, many restaurants and supermarket nearby. The hotel staff was great very helpful and informative. The indoor swimming pool add some fun that enjoyed by the kids.
