Could have been better if bottled water is provided on check in for a four star hotel the receptionist said I can srink the tap water or buy a bottle water but hey you are a 4 star hotel.

Dream Castle Hotel staff were pleasant & accommodating. Love the hotel decor and kids enjoyed the various mirrors & illusions. Food was delicious and regular shuttle services make it a great place to stay for families.

Probably the best hotel to stay at if you’re going to Disney Paris. Upgrading to the breakfast was worth it and the shuttle to the Disneyland was a nice touch. The pool was fun. Had lots of amenities for small kids.

Priced right. Clean and a big buffet. The transportation between the train and Disney was a nightmare. The busses were overfilled and we had to wait 30 minutes for another bus . Ended up calling an uber to go to the airport

The property is nice. Check in went well. After you are checked in the front desk service goes down hill. There are two working the desk that are lovely and I wish I had their names to compliment them. The rest of the front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. Would not provide extra towels when asked even though they were giving them to other guests around me in the lobby. Would not assist in calling a taxi or offering options for transportation. Food is limited to breakfast and evening is bar food. Glad we tried it once but will not stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were very helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Close proximity to Disney parks and the train station and the free shuttle bus was great for getting a round. Shame it was just a quick trip for 1 night would have loved to use the pool!

Overall okay with just some minor issues.

Convenient location with regular free shittle buses to disney and nearby local bus stops even just within long walking distance to disney. Some maintenance needed to upgrade and replace television, minor room wear and tear and clean benches and potholes fronting hotel. Nice overall view, good breakfast but needs better shuttle options from airports to avoid needing private taxis. Some older furniture. So apart from some updating and minir repairs a good value choice.

It was a lovely property and the staff was great, but this is just such an overpopulated and crowded hotel. If you are an adult looking for a quiet place to stay this is not your best choice. The breakfast is alright but very basic. All of the amenities are nice though.

Great hotel just whatch thr cat parking charge.

The hotel is gorgeous. The food is great, the room are comfy and clean. The only bad point is that they charge guests for carparking @ €17 a night. So if you are thinking of staying for more than one night. It might be an idea to look at alternatives. Charging guests for parking when they pay to stay, have dinner, drink at the bar and pay for breakfast is poor by the hotel.
