Absolutely love this hotel, and thank you to the staffs for making my nephews bday so special. When we also had some issues with our early magic pass, which was not their fault, they resolved it for us quickly and compensated with some fast track for our fav rides. The hotel was excellent. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent too as it was only a 10 minute walk to the theme park. Check in and check out was very easy and efficient. The only very slight negative is that we didn't get any help taking the luggage from the hotel to the taxi and the doorman stood and watched whilst we tried to hold the door open and wheel the suitcases through at the same time. Apart from that everything else was superb.
