If again I have to stay at CDG, I will be back!

I arrived very late at the hotel, around midnight. It was really busy with people trying to get a room. Since I had reservation and kind man helped me right away checking in. I took me some time to figure out that I had to put the keycard in the elevator to go up. Which is normal, but next time please mention this. The room was great and quite. Check out was really easy - I had a plane to catch.

It was hot and humid the day we were there and the air conditioning unit wouldn’t turn on. When I called the desk, I was told it was “normal” to not turn on AC in early May.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Charles de Gaulle and, unfortunately, our experience was far from comfortable. Despite outdoor temperatures reaching the upper 20s to low 30s Celsius (upper 80s F), the hotel’s air conditioning was not operational. I was informed that it is their policy not to activate A/C until June—regardless of the actual weather. The result was an unbearably hot stay, not just for me, but seemingly for everyone in the hotel. Even the staff could be seen sweating and fanning themselves. Adding to the discomfort, ice was not available, leaving no way to cool down even slightly. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially since this was my first experience with the Ibis Styles brand. Sadly, it will most likely be my last. Comfort and basic amenities should not be seasonal.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was in poor condition—there were clear signs of neglect, and it didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. One of the biggest issues was that the toilet didn’t flush properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I expected better standards for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place unless improvements are made

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. Our complaint was that the twin beds were smaller than we anticipated, so if you have adults, you might want two larger beds. . The AC barely worked and it was too hot for me to sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if it’s always like this. The hotel was clean, lobby area amazing (loved the microwaves and tons of seating).

checking in had very long lines. I returned to the desk to ask for a wash cloth - language barrier I suppose, but stony unfriendly stares and incomprehsible direcdions from front staff. Room was fine. Good value
