Excellent buffet evening meal and very helpful and friendly staff in the Terrasse restaurant. Reception staff excellent and ordered a taxi for us on departure. Wanted to buy a souvenir which was tricky as I had to come back several times as reception was busy. A better system needed here. Overall a great stay.

Flughafentransfer ist nicht behindertengerecht und nicht erwähnt in der Beschreibung. Ausserdem wurde vom Hotel kein Support offeriert um die Situation für eine gehbehinderte Person erträglich zu machen. Sehr beschämlich für eine so grosse Hotelkette. Nicht zu empfehlen für beinträchtige Gäste!!
