Great Stay-Disappointing Breakfast Experience

Hotel Review Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. However, the continental breakfast was disappointing. It was taken down 45 minutes early, so I didn’t get a chance to eat, and they never refilled the coffee. This was frustrating, especially since breakfast was advertised as available until a certain 9:00am. Otherwise, a good experience, but the breakfast situation needs improvement.

I felt unsaved because the front door was unsecure some one kept a piece of stick at the door. The breakfast was poor quality. No clean towels and no clean bed sheets was done. I am disappointed

I didn't like several things. The kitchen had almost no dishes or eating utensils. It was almost empty of these. The day we came the rug was dirty, it contained some fibers like a raisin cereal. The breakfast was OK on some days and bad on other days. The dishes were too small, just enough for a Krispy Cream donout to fit. And they made me pay $6 a night for parking, in an area where there is only free parking around, Alpharetta, a suburb of Atlanta.

Amazing staff & rooms!

Absolutely amazing staff, housekeeping, convenient & close proximity to shopping, food, malls. Loved the space for me & my daughters, & big office area to work from home & also great TV with the ability to login to the Netflix & YouTube app. Felt nice & cozy here. Will go here again if ever needed again in the future!!
