Park Terrace hotel has wonderfully convenient rooms close to major attractions in tge middle of NYC, located 1 minute walking distance from Bryant Park. The rooms are small, but kept very clean and spotless. The bedroom and especially the bathroom were in pristine condition. The service from hotel staff was also friendly, courteous, and warm. Will certainly consider visiting here again!

Very good!

Park Terrace has been a go-to for the past 5 years, and it continues to be reliably comfortable. I liked this hotel so much that I hope they'll invest in staff and upkeep.These days desk staff only occasionally welcome return travelers back, cleaning carts are in exit stairs, elevators are slow, couches in bedroom are ready to be replaced, and front doors are stiff and difficult to open. Some little fixes would be awesome.

This was a nice place to stay. It’s right across from Bryant Park and the NYC library which made it convenient to walk everywhere. The rooms are small but we didn’t mind the coziness. Would definitely stay here again.
