The hotel was dirty and in very poor condition. The carpet was sticky with visible debris. The door to the bedroom had been kicked in. The kitchen was not clean or well stocked and the bathroom had a lot of hair.

The staff who greet us was unfriendly, and the initial room offered did not accommodate my party. The staff member eventually changed our room that accommodated the space, but the room was not suitable for guests. I would not stay here again!

Only one morning desk staff was helpful. Only one housekeeper was helpful to our needs. The evening desk staff never gave anything that we needed and were rude. I have never stayed in a hotel that we could not get a blanket. I could not get an extra pot to warm food, etc... It was advertised that breakfast was served, very misleading.

Got to the hotel,checked into one of 2 rooms i booked and found mold in air conditioner and air vents, the sheets hadn't been changed on the bed, the bed had stains on sheets and pillow cases, i pulled out the pull out couch sleeper and sheets had what looked like feces and dried up blood on them, room was dirty, i immediately got my family out of there and requested a refund.The guy at the front desk said he understood and said they have no housekeeping staff, apologized and refunded the money for both rooms.(2nd room was dirty as well)

Yes it did. No one knocked on my door the whole time i was there to check if i needed anything, i took my own trash out. The gentleman was nice but that lady is very rude. It would have been nice if they had checked. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone. At that particular one.
