The staff were amazing. The hotel was small but that was what we really enjoyed. It was walkable to all parts of downtown Amsterdam. We would recommend this place

Great location - only minutes walk from the train station and nearby tourist attractions. Nice air conditioning and very quiet considering we were there during Pride festival and in a busy area. Enjoyed the cookies and tea but were not able to enjoy the breakfast as the guest prior to us cleared it all out. Very friendly staff, stored our luggage for us while we walked around and placed the luggage in our room so it was already there when returned. Thank you for the extra touch. only cons: no hair dryer in room, and design of shower meant leaks on the bathroom floor - trivial issues. I would stay there again.

Location is very good. At 5 am, my door was opened by somebody with his lady. That was a problem in which an answer was never provided. Good snacks , coffees, and water.

Hotel is located in a very good location , Almost accessible to fun places ! the only problem is parking !!! hotel offers off site parking about 10 minutes walk which is fine .The only problem is miscommunication regarding the cost !!! I was told 20 Euro overnight and i was charged 45 Euro for less than 24 hours parking !
