The carpet in our room was soaking wet. When I told the front desk, they said someone would come up to check it out but none did. We couldn’t even walk on the carpet because it was so wet. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the sink didn’t drain well. No one came to clean our room. The stay wasn’t as comfortable or enjoyable as we expected.

Clean property. Beds were smaller than usual queen beds. I purchased parking and breakfast deal. While checking in I was briefed about breakfast location and timing. Once we came for breakfast, we were told that no breakfast would be provided today..!!
