Horrible

My husband was bit by some type of bug in our bed first night. His whole ankle swollen to where the redness was going up his leg. Floors were not clean and boards were coming up to where we hurt ourselves trying to walk on it from it being pulled up. Bugs in window sill were ridiculous. Not a place I’d recommend at all. If I could get my money back for the ridiculous price I paid for the rundown place I would. Manager was nice but overall place was disgusting. Not at all what they show on pics

Old and out of date.

It is an d outdated property. The man who checked us in was kind and helpful and even let us check in early. Five stars for that. But the property is just too out of date and not very clean. It would be fine for young families with young kids because it had all of the necessities for a decent price. But we were 5 adults over 60. We prefer clean,updated facilities.

Run Down blinds hang off runner need to use my hair clip to keep closed. Came into a puddle of water on floor between bed went to front desk they sent someone to mop up explained they replaced a/c it was leaking. Laid down for 1/2 hour when I got up the puddle was back went back to desk and they acted like I was bothering them. The guy who came to clean up dry mopped and lined the one bed frame with towels and left, he acted like we should have cleaned it up are selves. The beds were comfortable and quiet for being on main road. Wasn’t expecting 5 star accommodation, but what ruined it was the attitude they gave about making something right that was wrong.

Everything was so outdated and shabby. ripped bedspread, curtains hanging off the bars. Smelled of smoke in a non smoking room. everything so old in room desk table whatever it was about to fall apart. Even Witnessed a drug deal go down in the parking lot. NEVER would stay here again!

They need to fix their outlets . My family enjoyed our time there and the staff was really nice but like I stated before some of their outlets was not up to date my charger chords would hang out the wall and fall out.

The GM is nice. The place is ok. However they do not clean your room nor make your bed, nor change towels etc. the first time it happened I thought maybe the cleaning service was short staffed, but it happened again. This is a feature not a bug

Extremely dirty

Office staff friendly, pool wonderful but room was disgusting. Bathroom was extremely gross i spent about 30mins cleaning it. Kitchen was full of ants and wasn't equipped with anything. Floor left our feet black. Asked for cleaning surfaces and more towels, no one ever showed up. We ended up having to take out our garbage multiple times to the dumpster. Bedroom had a large hole in the wall. Continental breakfast included hardboiled eggs, toast and cereal.

Close to the beach with free breakfast

This is our third stay at this hotel. It’s close to the bridge to the beach, local shopping, and there’s a nearby play that my kids love. The staff remembers my family for being repeat guests. They’re really friendly! The beds are relatively comfortable. The rooms are a good size. A small breakfast is provided with your stay. And there’s a pool open long hours. Can’t complain much for the price you pay, the space isn’t bad. Good little beach town motel.

I don’t know if they were short staffed maybe but on a three day stay our room was not cleaned once nor were the beds made. Have stayed here before and that was not the case. Also some azzhole wanted my parking spot and had the manager came knock on my door to move my truck…as if there were assigned parking.

MOSQUITOS FEMINIST FRONT DESK MOLD

Hi! I'd like to add some details to my story. When I arrived at this motel and enter my room I could smell a heavy scent of Lysol and incense. I immediately saw mold on the furniture and then when I opened the bathroom door there was at least 6 mosquitos flying around! So I went right back to the front desk, told him everything and he, without getting up, called for his employee to take me to another room to see if that was better. It wasn't. It was the exact same except without the incense smell. I repeatedly told him I don't think I could stay there, I felt uncomfortable and unsettled but he insisted that I look at other rooms, so I did. It was about four in the afternoon at this point and I tried to find other hotels to go to, but it was very hard expense wise and the fact that I had my dog. In all, I stayed one night. Sprayed disinfectant everywhere and lit a citronella candle over night. The next morning I woke feeling groggy with a headache and stuffy nose, and back pain due to the super squishy bed. But, I went about my day, coming up on 5pm I came back from the beach and needed a shower. I had NO hot water! I took an entire COLD shower, not even warm at all! I KNOW how to turn on hot water, it was the same at the sink! So, a different man at the desk had told me I didn't know what I was doing and that there was infact hot water. He didn't even get up to come check it for me! I told him the guests next to me said the same as well. I left it at that and went home!
