This property was horrible. I am not one to complain about conditions and will typically just deal with it. This place was a disaster. All the reviews online and pictures seemed good. We were only in town for a short time for a USCG graduation. We knew our son would want to leave the Cape May area and since we flew in and out of Atlantic City, we figured we’d stay nearby We needed space for 6 without having two rooms, or we would have booked elsewhere. But it looked and sounded good online. I felt uneasy as soon as I walked into the lobby to check in. When we went to our room in smelled horribly of cigarette smoke - it was supposed to be a non smoking room. I turned on the AC hoping that would help, and worst case scenario, maybe we could get a candle or something. There was some kind of debris on one of the beds, the pilllows were horrible, and the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. When we returned to the room that night, the cigarette smell had gone away. We still figured we’d manage. We were found out that the microwave wreaked like rotting food, and there was no hot water. These were the last straw. It was approaching 10pm and it had already been a long day. We’d been up since before 5am, so we all just wanted to sleep. I called Expedia, and after talking to the property for less than a minute, they said they were going to relocate us and they did. DO NOT STAY at this property!
