The property was easy to manage, had a lot of options for food or entertainment and the room was exactly what I needed. Also as an avid runner having access to a treadmill was awesome. Treadmills could use an update though !

Gross, will never stay again. If you are planning to reserve with a 3rd party vendor (like this site) - don't do it! The hotel was gross and I'm pretty sure our room was not properly cleaned. We asked 3 TIMES to have the room vacuumed and cleaned properly - we were told 3 time that it would be taken care of. Not long after checking in, and being charged a $15 "early check-in fee," we noticed hair all over the bathroom floor. After walking around the room we noticed a large clump of hair between the desk and sofa. A picture was taken and shown to the front desk, to which the attendant asked, "what is that?" After further examination she realized what it was, gross! We were assured by 2 hotel employees and the manager (who supposedly called the housekeeping manager in front of us) that the room would be cleaned right away. One of the employees, in an attempt to solicit understanding, made the comment that "we only 5 housekeepers on staff, so it may take some time to get this taken care of." To which I stated, "you just proved my point, our room has not been cleaned." This hotel has approximately 717 rooms! That would give a ratio of 143 per employee. We were told by the manager that he would have offered a refund, but since we went through a 3rd party vendor, they would have to issue it. After 45 mins on chat with the 3rd party vendor we were offered a $25 keycash credit. That's it - no offer to move us, upgrade us, or even a partial refund! Never again!

We Called, But Were Canceled Anyway !

It's a nice enough hotel though they did something not so nice to us. We booked this property through your site, and when we saw we were running very late we contacted them the evening of our reservation to alert them that we wouldn't be checking - in that evening, but instead very late, after 3:00 the following morning. We were then told by the front desk that this has been noted on our reservation. However when we arrived we were told that our reservation had been canceled ( without our permission ) and we'd have to pay again right there and then for our room ! Sadly, we had no choice but to do this. It get worse. This hotel then sent us an email saying how sorry they were that we canceled our stay with them ! What's terrible about that is we never canceled, nor gave them permission to cancel us ! And we did the right thing by contacting this property on the evening our reservation was to begin to tell them of our expected tardiness, though this property canceled us out, just the same .

Couple issues I have, I reserved a king sized non smoking room and upon check in I was told the only king size room was a smoking room so I was stuck with 2 queen beds. What’s the purpose of a reservation..?? I tried checking in at 235 and was told I had to wait until 3pm or I could pay $15 for early check in.. really 25 minutes they would not let me in. My last issue the room was not as clean as it should have been. Found numerous hairs in tub and on the floor and found a couple of peanuts on the floor. Obviously not what u want u want to see
