People are nice but rooms are very old and they are not soundproof. Noisy Made 2 reservations and the other couple are in 24 the floor and we are ain 10> this was not right. Could not give us 2 rooms on same floor. Terrible. T v dies not work. Terrible room.

I stay there for 4 day and I had the worst experience I could not sleep the people next room would be drunk and argue every night, I saw a wine glass in the same spot in the hallway from the day I got there till the day I left our garbage was not getting picked up and we would put it in front of our door that we had 3 bags out side or door by the time we left ,I go to relax get away from the kids, I tell u I was so happy to get home, I don't think I will return

Check in service was seamless. We got there at 1:00 hoping we could do an early check in and they agreed there was just a $10 charge. We also asked if we could get a smoking room because reservations said you no longer had them. She had no problem upgrading us and advised of the $15 charge to have smoking. This is the second time she helped us and the last time we were there was valentines weekend-4 months ago. She was friendly, could type so fast she should get more money with how impressive it was lol so we remembered her from February. The room was clean and bed was comfy. The Ac went down to 65 and wouldn’t go any lower so it would be nice to have it a little colder throughout the night for sure. We are at Vic and Anthony’s which was conveniently located in the Golden Nugget. The food was good but the house wine was $17 a glass and a $400 bill! Very overpriced and would say the chart house is ten times better and you get a beautiful view! One thing I would change are smart tvs so we have more options for when we want to just relax in the room. You can’t use a fire stick either. Would def go back to the golden nugget for another weekend stay.
