Large pool/ area/ amenities were nice...one towel per person stingy, food service at pool limited, dirty towels left in bins and some on lounge chairs still present the next day. There was NO CLEANUP of room for a 2 night stay- no fresh towels, no emptying of waste baskets, no bed make-up. Hole in bedding fabric, worn upholstery, half broken bedside lamp, rust (or dirt) on tissue box container... Vic and Anthony's restaurant is top-notch and highly rated and the pool area/amenities are saving graces here.

When we went to check in, they told us they had no more Bayview rooms available and if we wanted one, we'd have to wait until 8 o'clock at night to check in when I press them on giving me an upgrade. They try to charge me $30 extra per night For a renovated room with the Bayview. Apparently they had them available.
