Smoke in mirrors

Recently stayed here for a car show. It took a little over an hour and a half to wait in line to get a room at the desk because their system was down and their kiosks were not working. When I got the desk, the person who took my reservation, had a very bad attitude like it was my fault that there was so many people there that day. Got my room was walking out in a lady who seemed to be a manager, stopped me and asked me how my service was explained to her that I had recently been to three other shows across the country and never have I had any sort of experience like this getting a room. She did the whole. I’m very sorry. Let me take your number. I’m going to look into it and call you I’m sorry will do the best we can to help you with anything you need and or will take care of you never heard from her never expected to hear from her probably will never stay again. Rooms were renovated. They look like they were a lot bigger at one point and became smaller. Also see pics of the ocean view lol. At checkout, I was hit with a separate tab from the hotel for taxes and everything you buy in the lobby has a resort fee on it. it’s a shame.

This was our first time staying at the Harrah's and I must say I'm disappointed with visit. There was sewage smell emanating from the bathroom at all times but that was fixed by keeping the bathroom door closed at all times. This was supposed to be a getaway but instead we really couldn't wait to getaway from this place. I also really disliked the fact that the room looked nothing like the picture when booking. I'm quickly losing hope in AC. It used to be that you could come here to have fun and stay the night but that's not the case anymore. We have resorts penny pinching every dollar they can, from water to parking. This is madness. I know they're not that hurt still from COVID, yet the "cost cutting" methods remains the same. Oh, and most importantly the machines are set to not pay out the same as well. You'll end up losing everything if you decide to gamble, so do yourselves a favor and don't!

Everything was ok, except the fact that they dont clean the room daily or replenish coffee pods and cups unless you ask. And i did ask, but they never came. It didnt bother me because i was stating alone, otherwise it would have been annoying.

We went to the desk and told them that housekeeping did not come to our room. The girl at front desk told us that she would notify them and have them fix up our room. After 3 hours, we went back to the room, and NO ONE had come. We didn't receive towels, new shampoos/soaps. Bed was not made.
