This hotel is all about hidden costs. We booked this hotel for the awesome pool, and the main pool ended up being closed for a private event all day. It opened at night, only for it to be reserved for their ticketed lounge pool nights where GUESTS have to pay for a ticket to use said pool alongside the general public. We tried going to their tiny outdoor family pool, and were told our "guests" had to pay. We booked a room for 4 people, each registered. Despite this, the hotel considered everyone after 2 people to be a "guest" that would have to each pay. Add in the fact that you're charged a resort fee when you can't access anything "resort-like" for your entire stay.

The resort has everything you could want and need, highly recommend the waterfront tower. Our room was HUGE and very nicely appointed. The view was 360 degree water and breathtaking. The room was incredible for the price we paid! Our coffee maker was missing the water chamber so I couldn't have my morning coffee and look at the ocean. Some stains and damage on furniture but the room was modern and decorated nicely. Great night life in the resort. The restaurants are VERY expensive. $15.99 for three chicken strips with some dipping sauce at AC/BC restaurant (fries not included). Best bang for your buck is the Cobb salad which I had, it was amazing. Most hotel staff are generally miserable (front desk agents, servers) but it didn't dampen our spirits. The casino staff and dealers are in good spirits. Lots of guests damaging parts of the property like making carvings in the metal on the elevator, disappointing that people do such things. Over all very happy with our stay, will be back and plan to stay longer than one night. Hopefully can make better use of the Caesar's rewards app and can get some discounts!

Room was dirty had to switch to a new room. It took them until 10pm after request made at 5:30. The prices quoted by expedia for what was due at the hotel of course was higher. ALSO by Friday a couple was fighting in the hallways around 12 am had to call security. As a disabled individual I would NOT recommend. Very bad experience and the hotel can careless.

Advertised room service and restaurants were much higher than expected. Room accommodations were ok but smells like someone has smoked in “nonsmoking room” and carpet needs to be cleaned. As someone who does not smoke, this was not good for me. Did not like having to walk through casino where they are allowed to smoke to get to room. Did not like that fees were not disclosed at the beginning of stay and was told that I could get printout when I check out. You have to put a card on file to check in. Long lines and WiFi did not work well. They only allow 2 devices per room and we had one device connected and could not connect a second one because it kept saying it was already connected. We called front desk for assistance and that did not help. It was not fixed. We were given a room different from what we reserved using the kiosk to check in. After calling and going back down to the desk, we were given another room and staff said that “this happens sometimes with the kiosk”. Onsite entertainment is after hours at the pool and requires an additional fee. You pay for every little thing. We paid a lot of money for what I felt was less than what we paid for. I am not happy with this resort and will not be returning.

The bed was comfortable and the room had a great view and was a nice set up. Disappointed that the floor had debris from the last guest including old milk in the fridge and the shower had a used soap with no shampoo or body wash. Everything was empty. Had to ask for housekeeping to come tidy up, but she still left the used soap bar in the shower, even after cleaning it. The cleanliness of the bathroom made us question the sheets and beds. Enjoyed the stay, but may not return unfortunately.

As a former housekeeper i found a lot of dirty towels the sheets also had a lot of stains . There was an open bar of soap in the shower . Open candy on the floor . Housekeeping knocked my door with my dnd sign on . They also did not want to give me the items i asked for such as new towels it was horrible .
