Non smoking room smellled really smoky, very dusty in vents & on sides of furniture, room next door was slamming door all night. I requested a room change the next morning mostly because of the smoke and was told they had none yet but come back at noon. I had a spa service for that time thwn plans later so I never switched. Also, room never got serviced all weekend.

No, the telephone in the room didn't work, i complained about it they did nothing to correct the situation, the bathroom door had a hold in it looked like someone had kicked with their foot, ironboard was broken, not a good first time experience

The checkin line was very long, but the staff on duty were courteous and helpful. The room was clean, but the tile floors were sticky with what seemed to be residue from the cleaning process. No one came to service the room, but I don’t know if that is something that has changed since COVID. There were no signs in the room to let us know what the procedure was. Thankfully I did see hospitality staff in the hallway and asked for items we needed for our stay, and they were very friendly and accommodating.
