Very average hotel not deserving of a 4 star rating. Basic gym, staff was in most cases quite unhelpful and misleading at reception (not clear on parking costs etc - and not able to explain random room charges). On our 1st and 2nd night, we did not have any hot water in our room... hotel did little to make up for it... very poor for a 4 star hotel you are paying £150 a night for. Parking was also told to be charged on a per min basis - fine, but we did not have our car for the full time yet was still charged for the duration of our stay at 26euros a day. Food in hotel is okay... nothing great and quite basic and fairly expensive for what it is when loads of restaurants just 5 mins walk away offering exceptionally fresh food and much lower prices. Would I stay again? Not really... having been my first Meila hotel stay, this will probably be my last.

Lovely stay. We happened to be there when there was a film festival. The staff handled everything so well. Breakfast was good and had variety. Walking distance to the beaches and city center. Would stay again.

Checkin mala asistencia de la recepcionista Silvia

Cuando hicimos el check in, no nos informaron que el lunes a las 6 am debido al festival de cine, teniamos q sacar el coche de la calle donde lo teníamos aparcado. Sabian q el lunes a las 12 pm nos ibamos. Incluso al hacer el check-in preguntamos por plazas de parking y la recepcionista Silvia nos alento q aparcáramos en la calle, que se podía aparcar sin problemas. El lunes al mediodía salimos y el coche no estaba. Lo habia llevado la grua. La multa fue el equivalente a otra noche de hotel. Muy mala asistencia de parte de la recepcionista al hacer el check-in. Nos tendria q haber avisado y hubiéramos contratado el servicio de parking.
