Me and my family went there for Easter weekend. The hotel was nice a little outdated but overall had a great stay . They had plenty of out door space if you have little kids. Only thing I didn’t like was they could of been better with the breakfast

Staff was excellent!! Polite and efficient. The although clean, property its self is showing its age. In need of a good refurbishment. Beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of outlets for charging.

The initial room, 302, was nasty. the bathroom had cob webs in the corner. There was blood on the mattress pad. The front desk switched us to room 514. The room was better but the hall was filled with the smell of marijuana. We also was stuck in the elevator. the left side elevator would not go to the 5th floor. The wheels on the dumb waiter carts were broken. We brought our own soap but had we not, the hotel only provided one small tiny soap that was intended for 2 ppl. When i spoke to the staff about the issue with the first dirty room, the accused me of choosing the room as if its uncleanliness was my fault. The hotel was said to be non smoking. when we complained about the marijuana smoke, the staff said they cannot control what the guest do. There was no investigation made. When i brought up the elevator issue to the staff, i was told the elevator was just slow. I will never choose to stay here ever again.
