So many things. The front reception desk couldn’t find my reservation although we booked on Jan 22 and had the receipt, the confirmation, the credit card charge etc. had me stand there for 30 minutes while she stood there saying that they couldn’t locate it, then she says “oh I’ll just book you something” as if we hadn’t already paid for a king size suite. The manager is a nasty rude witch who tries to ignore us while we asked for next steps. And once we got a room, the bathroom stunk like dirty mop. I understand that it’s Atlantic City and it’s not a luxury get away but this was rough. I can spend $350 a night elsewhere.

The room thermostat set for 68 took the room to 78. Trying to turn it off took the room to 83. The walls between rooms were super thin and the furnishings and catpet were threadbare

Room very outdated. Lamp didn’t work, whole in chair, carpet filthy. No oceanview.
This chair was not acceptable either. Hangers in closet didn’t work either. Very disappointing.
The rug were filthy. There were matches on the floor as well. Not cleaned well.
Lamp had to be plugged in to turn on. And unplugged to turn off at bedtime. I’am a senior citizen.
