1st thing 5pm check in is ridiculous. Self check in was a breeze. But we booked rendezvous tower (which is a updated tower) and didnt get it. Room is a connecting room people next door u can hear every word. The bathroom is tiny and could not be smaller.

The room was ready well before check in and we were able to get a nap in before our show. It was clean and had no smells of smoke. Security is one issue, anyone can get in the elevator and goto the guest floors. Other than that, I will stay here again!!

We were awoken at 8 am by sawing/construction. It was so loud it sounded like it was coming from next door. When we complained, we were offered late check out. Why so we can sit and listen to it for longer!

The hotel smells too much like smoke. The showers should have rails in them. The TV is too small. Need microwaves in the rooms. I drought if I would stay here again for the money I paid. The staff was nice!!!
