Bright and airy summer cottage, 1.5 blocks to great beaches and boardwalk. This lovely cottage is yours to enjoy. Bring your pet for an additional $150. Have your morning coffee on the covered porch with awnings. A peek of the ocean will let you look at the beach conditions of the day. hardwood floors, and a private porch with awnings are what makes this cottage a favorite. Close to shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance of the Ocean City community center, library, and fitness center . Bike and walk to everything! Saturday to Saturday Bookings only please!
Weight limit of 30 pounds is allowed for pets. Owner will contact you with a pet addendum limiting her with any liability. Pet should be potty trained, non aggressive and no excessive barking.
