Very disappointing stay! Firstly not happy with the reception service and room service at start, in eight night stay only once they changed the bedsheets, no vacuum in the room during whole stay, washroom and toilet not cleaned once during whole stay. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope management seriously improves their service standards.

DO NOT BOOK HERE Late arrival with early departure stay. Worst stay ever. On arrival the bathroom floor was covered in water. It leaks out of shower Getting up in the am tea milk etc provided but no jug to heat up water Try to have a shower. No hot water to the room. On checkout the front desk aware of problem. Has been like that for days Have tried multiple times to discuss with manager but despite leaving messages at front desk they will not call me back or give me their mobile. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

We didn’t need a lot, just wanted to be close to the airport. Quick check in, friendly staff, clean room, restaurant in the hotel was just okay. Very good price for our one night stay. I would stay here again.

There were 3 of us and only 2 towels. Rang reception for another towel. It never arrived till I asked again in the morning and went to get it from the service staff. Same with cups and glasses. No plates. Utensils none, just an iceblock stick for stirring. Too many potholes on the drive and in parking area. Wont stay again.

After checked in, the property door entry to room was locked, reception said it should always open, had to walked a long way to the room. Clean room only the first night, but 2nd night onwards Not Cleaned, rubbish still there when got to the room in the evening, had to request daily for house keeping, if forgot a day request, no house keeping on that day, also had to asked for making beds and Sheets were Not Fresh, stuck with same sheets until checked out (6 nights), this is the 2nd worse Hotel came across with such poor services. Broken towel rail, soap from previous stay in bathroom, whole room needing renovation, not meet Hotel standard

The rooms were adequate, though the cleanliness could be improved, and the decor is appalling! We didn't have breakfast there, but did eat dinner in the restaurant - in fact invited Auckland family to join us. We figured roast and lamb shanks of the day would be safe choices - we were wrong. The meat - pork, lamb and lamb shanks were tough and chewy. The gravy is 'packet gravy', and even the vegetables were just frozen ones (and not heated up evenly). Overall, barely edible yet the prices were the equivalent of a decent restaurant. A disappointing finale to our New Zealand adventure.

This hotel is old and neglected. The room was very basic, no hand towels, the toilet seat was too small for the actual toilet, the curtains were hanging down in areas and the sheer curtains were filthy. However all staff members were lovely and helpful.

Pot holes in the parking area, No internal lock on doors at hotel, dribbly water on showers and stuck key lock took a while to open the door with keys. Bed had crumbs love that its big love the spacious room & setup inside esthetically just everything else around it ruined it couldn't get much sleep with no internal lock there was evidence the previous one had either broken off or been removed. The sliding door entrance bolted shut
