A wee bit of confusion about what room I had booked when I arrived, but that was quickly sorted out. AC was quick and very welcome in the humidity, Beds were comfortable, and the in-room Spa Bath was fantastic! However, there was no fan in the bathroom to help steam escape, so the bathroom window (which went out to the main landing) needed to be open… the lack of security stays on this window did leave me slightly concerned for my privacy while in the bathroom. Location was handy to places I needed to go, and was easily the best value for a room with a Spa in Auckland!
