Main receptionist very unhelpful
The entire hotel is old and must be renovated! Must be upgraded and cleaned especially of mould and rust and dirt. Receptionist Bryan is an amazing Guy, like I wrote with a capital G!!! He was very willing to advise us with any queries! As many times as we wanted! He has just gone extra, above and beyond! Fantastic experience! He should work for a much better hotel!

There was no electric power in the hotel for several hours, & the hotel doesn't have an emergency power/generator. No hot water available, & the reception desk staff are not friendly -they're not even smiling.
When we check out the hotel on 1/29/26, i have to walk down the stairs from the 13th to the ground floor. I'm 70 y/o with difficulty in walking & with aching knees, & i really have a very bad experience @ this hotel. We have heavy luggages & I have to carry some of my luggages. I need to be reimbursed with some of the amount I paid.
You need to improve your service so that more people will patronize your hotel.
Well located accommodation. Pleasant reception area. We checked in and the receptionist didn't mention that we had to request from them the cutlery and utensils that we required. I felt this was unhelpful as I had to go back and ask why there were kitchen facilities but no crockery or cutlery. There was a broken wall heater with a sign telling us not to use. This should have either been removed or repaired. The configuration of the kitchen unit meant that the kettle wire had to be fed around the back of the sink to the plug. Although it was a no smoking room, there were cigarette butts on the balcony floor and on occasions (when we had the balcony door open) nicotine smells were filling our room. In other words somebody was smoking somewhere! The room was quite small but was adequate and as a budget room, was perfectly acceptable

The bed was comfortable and fresh towels provided daily was good. However: TV didn't have any siganl and the remote control was missing. No guest/hotel information in the room, no tisues, no soap, microwave was broken, shower curtain was too short, the fridge had a strong odour which made anything going in there smell weird. The swivel fan didn't point towards the beds so was quite hot.

Staff is incredibly courteous. This property certainly provides everything expected in a budget accomodation.
The room was ok but definitely a little tired but at least the bed was clean and fresh.
The lifts and common areas also looked a bit run down and in need of a refresh.
Ok for the price but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

I like they let us borrow hair dryer at the lobby and I was able to use it downstairs restroom. Also they let us borrow Type I adapter which was very helpful during our stay.
