Good hotel close to the airport.

Good, convenient hotel close to the airport. Reception staff were very helpful in all matters including catching the shuttle bus in the wee hours of the morning. The inhouse restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. The only negative I had was the soft bed which was a little uncomfortable for a good night's rest

Overall an okay hotel if you’re just looking for a layover stay close to the airport. Beds were hard and pillows too flat, breakfast was horrible but there are very few options to eat elsewhere in walking distance. I suggest you spend the extra money on transport to get a hotel in downtown Auckland so you’ll have good cafes, restaurants and attractions closeby!

After being initially disappointed that no milk was supplied in the room that was immediately replaced with amusement when after a quick call to reception a robot showed up at the room with 2 bottles of milk. A very enjoyable stay at a clean quiet hotel will excellent black out curtains. The transfer bus also stops right outside the main site providing a very efficient trip to the airport. All in all the perfect spot to overnight for an early morning flight. Diving options and the pool also looked excellent although we didn't have the opportunity to try them this trip, maybe the next one.
