The front desk agents (Justone and the other African American gentleman) that helped me were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and just what I needed. Food options were plentiful since I was iced/snowed in most of my stay. Only complaint is a few of the gym machines were out of order. I made due with what was available.

Front Desk Needs Communication Class

When I came in the young black man didn’t acknowledge me. As I am a black man myself. He talked really low as if he did t want to talk at all. I had to speak to him first. I asked for a room that looked out front of the hotel and he asked “why for security?” Then said no when the hotel is empty.

Elevator felt very unsafe. Cracking and popping. They told us what time breakfast started, HOWEVER, they DID NOT tell us that it was not included and had OUTRAGEOUS prices. Over $9 for cold cereal, cold muffins etc. Over $19 of you wanted cooked food. We won’t be Hilton regulars for sure. Disappointed!!!
